very warm hosts, the house is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed ourselves in the pool and the sea is 30 km away. we recommend this accommodation and the accommodation next door also for 4 people: the view is magnificent.

We had a lovely week in this well appointed villa Sinan is a kind, attentive and responsive host. We had no issues at all during our stay but every message was responded to quickly We were very impressed with the villa. It is exactly like the photos. It was immaculately presented with beds made and towels laid out. The beds were comfy, we often find them too soft. The villa is beautifully appointed and very modern. Upstairs, there are 2 double rooms each with an ensuite shower room and dressing area. There is loads of storage and hanging space. There is a further double room downstairs accessed via the room with bunk beds in. This has its own shower room. Sinan thoughtfully provided dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc. Shower gel, shampoo and handwash are provided. There is more than enough glassware etc. Appliances were modern and spotless. Everything is new and no expense has been spared. WiFi is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you Sinan!

Thank you Chris and Ollie for letting us stay in your beautiful home, it was perfect for us. Very well appointed with a lovely pool and in such a fabulous setting. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and we also had fun playing Petanque too! Laroque is a great place to relax. Just a short walk to the excellent local restaurants so no need to drive. We would definitely like to visit again!

We had a wonderful holiday in the house of Alice and her family. The kids couldn't get out of the pool and have enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and beaches nearby. The house was quietly located, equipped with all the comforts and was sparkling clean. Lovely bedrooms with bathroom. Thank you Alice and David for your hospitality! Very nice little house, very pleasant pool and terrace, charcoal barbecue to enjoy the beautiful quiet evenings. The house is in a small hamlet about ten minutes from the next shops, we really enjoyed the calm and the scenery around. The house is brand new, well equipped and very clean. Nathalie was very kind, always responsive, our stay was really great.

The home is located in a quiet and peaceful area, it is very close to the beach and was in pristine condition. It was also very well equipped, whether in the kitchen or bathroom. Finally, the owner was really very kind, very helpful and very understanding. I highly recommend this stay, moreover the price was very affordable compared to everything that was offered.

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Great villa in a quiet residence close to the sea. Functional house where it feels like home. We had a pleasant stay, the terrace and pool were at the center of our stay and the children had fun. I highly recommend, value for money at the top and rare for this region.

We had a great time with family and friends at Emeric's. Peaceful neighborhood with sea and shops nearby (5min drive) The inside of the house is well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. The exterior offers everything you need for a good holiday and even more. Trampoline, swimming pool, jaccuzi, punching bag, plancha, hard to do better. Very considerate and kind host.

A very pleasant house, in pristine condition! Four beautiful bedrooms with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our group of friends. Small detail well appreciated: thank you for providing the coffee capsules, dishwasher products, garbage bags, etc. This is not always the case!

Very pleasant house to stay in, we were 4 couples and 2 teenagers and spent 1 week there. The pool is very beautiful , very pleasant and in a good location. Very kind and responsive hosts in case of any problems. We hope to return.

We went with friends to spend the end. Beautiful house!!! Very nice big and spacious. It has a large room with a fireplace and table for 12-14 people. In the kitchen there are two fridges, it is very well equipped and has everything needed for cooking. Each room has its own four bathrooms, they are large, with towels and robes. The space around the house is also very cozy. And the owner of the house is a very friendly and friendly person. It was a pleasure to be in his house. We recommend it for future guests.

Beautiful equipped house, great amenities. Large and spacious rooms quite independent. Comfortable outdoor bedding maintained. Careful decor, new furniture. Friendly, responsive , flexible host. ( Only small downside for the couch a little small for 4 people ) I highly recommend this listing! We'll come back if we have a chance

The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It is about a 50-minute walk from the beach. The pool and outdoor area invites you to linger. It is good to know that there are two other apartments under the apartment. The communication with Christel was very pleasant.

The house was fully up to our expectations. The exchanges with Nicolas have always been very qualitative and interesting for our trip. On site, we were greeted by Séverine Sabrina and Jessica they were just perfect always at our disposal and very very responsive. It's also they who take care of the cleaning who was like them: perfect. In short, I recommend the accommodation to everyone, with my eyes closed.

We had a wonderful holiday in Alain's house and felt very comfortable. The house is better equipped than described, is a good size and location. The place was clean and has a nice undisturbed outdoor area where you can really relax. The location has been perfect for us- quiet yet central, close to good restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. An ideal starting point for many activities. The contact with Alain was very nice and straightforward. We enjoyed the time very much and will certainly be back!

The accommodation is secluded, which has advantages and disadvantages and is therefore ideal for all those seeking tranquility and relaxation. We really enjoyed the silence! The hosts attach great importance to cleanliness, which you immediately notice - everything was sparkling clean. The house is no longer completely new, but cozy and equipped with everything you need.
