Villa vacation rentals in Leucate

We had a lovely week in this well appointed villa Sinan is a kind, attentive and responsive host. We had no issues at all during our stay but every message was responded to quickly We were very impressed with the villa. It is exactly like the photos. It was immaculately presented with beds made and towels laid out. The beds were comfy, we often find them too soft. The villa is beautifully appointed and very modern. Upstairs, there are 2 double rooms each with an ensuite shower room and dressing area. There is loads of storage and hanging space. There is a further double room downstairs accessed via the room with bunk beds in. This has its own shower room. Sinan thoughtfully provided dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc. Shower gel, shampoo and handwash are provided. There is more than enough glassware etc. Appliances were modern and spotless. Everything is new and no expense has been spared. WiFi is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you Sinan!

Thank you Chris and Ollie for letting us stay in your beautiful home, it was perfect for us. Very well appointed with a lovely pool and in such a fabulous setting. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and we also had fun playing Petanque too! Laroque is a great place to relax. Just a short walk to the excellent local restaurants so no need to drive. We would definitely like to visit again!

Luxurious house in accordance with the description, in a modern and quiet new area. Commerce, restaurant, activity and beach are nearby. Christine is really responsive and professional. I recommend it without hesitating!

The white villa what charm! we appreciated our stay and the services offered. The villa is ideally located. We were very well hosted by Jean, who is friendly and attentive. We haven't said anything about this stay. We will be back for a longer period of time, for sure!

The home is located in a quiet and peaceful area, it is very close to the beach and was in pristine condition. It was also very well equipped, whether in the kitchen or bathroom. Finally, the owner was really very kind, very helpful and very understanding. I highly recommend this stay, moreover the price was very affordable compared to everything that was offered.

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

We had a great time with family and friends at Emeric's. Peaceful neighborhood with sea and shops nearby (5min drive) The inside of the house is well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. The exterior offers everything you need for a good holiday and even more. Trampoline, swimming pool, jaccuzi, punching bag, plancha, hard to do better. Very considerate and kind host.

The house was fantastic. Exactly like in the pictures. Very tasteful but cozily furnished and very clean. Enough space for everyone. Pool and Jacuzzi are nice and well maintained. The trampoline and the other toys were perfect for our kids (age 10-13). The only constructive feedback we have is that there are not enough opportunities to hang your towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. Otherwise the place is perfect. Angelique was very nice and always responded to any of our questions within minutes. Thanks for a memorable experience.

Very responsive and pleasant host, very good communication. Well equipped accommodation, and very well located, seen on Le Lydia and the beach. A stone's throw from the Christmas village and superb view of fireworks from the terrace.

It is a great villa with a nice pool. We had a great time at Remis place. Communication was also super easy.

We went with friends to spend the end. Beautiful house!!! Very nice big and spacious. It has a large room with a fireplace and table for 12-14 people. In the kitchen there are two fridges, it is very well equipped and has everything needed for cooking. Each room has its own four bathrooms, they are large, with towels and robes. The space around the house is also very cozy. And the owner of the house is a very friendly and friendly person. It was a pleasure to be in his house. We recommend it for future guests.

Very nice little house, very pleasant pool and terrace, charcoal barbecue to enjoy the beautiful quiet evenings. The house is in a small hamlet about ten minutes from the next shops, we really enjoyed the calm and the scenery around. The house is brand new, well equipped and very clean. Nathalie was very kind, always responsive, our stay was really great.

The house was fully up to our expectations. The exchanges with Nicolas have always been very qualitative and interesting for our trip. On site, we were greeted by Séverine Sabrina and Jessica they were just perfect always at our disposal and very very responsive. We had a wonderful holiday in Alain's house and felt very comfortable. The house is better equipped than described, is a good size and location. The place was clean and has a nice undisturbed outdoor area where you can really relax. The location has been perfect for us- quiet yet central, close to good restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. An ideal starting point for many activities. The contact with Alain was very nice and straightforward. We enjoyed the time very much and will certainly be back!
