An exceptional location, with views of the mountains, 5 minutes walk from the beach of Ouille and the coastal trails, a private and well secured park, a tastefully thought out decor, a responsive and very kind concierge (thank you Maurine!)... All this explains a price that may seem a bit high, at first glance. Small downsides: the immediate proximity to the campsite can sometimes disturb the tranquility of the place + a small map, in the welcome booklet, indicating the places of disposal of waste (instead of a QRcode referring to a site that is not very informative and source of spam in a mess).

Great apartment - exactly as described - clean, bright and airy. Well furnished, comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. Jacques' assistant was extremely helpful and welcoming. The pavements were all being upgraded at the quayside which rather spoilt things but will look good when finished. Would recommend.

The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped since the host also spends his holidays there. It has everything you need to cook, do laundry and cleaning and also games and informative documents about activities in the area. Isabelle who takes care of welcoming the tenants is very welcoming and friendly.

The accommodation was very clean as described and as shown in the photos. Isaac is very nice. The best part is the underground parking. Everything was really very good. The least was the neighborhood not at all respectful noisy until late at night. We are very happy with our stay.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warmth and hospitality of Mon. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, offering thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and a personalized welcome note. The space itself was beautiful — spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with such care and attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night’s rest. The entire atmosphere felt like a true home away from home, cozy and inviting. The location was perfect as well — situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to all the main attractions. I felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mon was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations.
