Apartment vacation rentals in Lesa

From August 18 to August 25, 2024, my wife and I were guests of Barbara's place in Arona. The property is located a hundred meters from a "French" supermarket, two hundred from the long lake, its promenade and the pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Also nearby is boarding for excursions to nearby Angera and the train station. The apartment was as described in the listing and consists of an entrance, an air-conditioned living room, with a sofa, a double bedroom with a spacious closet, and a smaller room with another single bed. They complete a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories for preparing meals. For the above, for our absolutely positive experience, we highly recommend the apartment. Apt. We were generally very satisfied. Everything was impeccable. Very friendly hostess, who cares about the well-being of her guests. Other plus points: Fine bakery right next to it as well as possibility to use sup's.

What a great spot. The view was jaw droppingly beautiful. Place was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The private parking spot was perfect for our long driving trip needs. Tons of food options close and in walking distance or a bus ride away to Lugano city center. Thank you so much for hosting us during the new years. An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Lugano! Thanks you Peter and Laurence :)

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The furniture is comfortable throughout and the apartment just has a great, cozy feel to it :) The highlight is the view of the lake, which is unbelievably beautiful. There is lots of paid parking that is easy to navigate within a few steps of the apartment & I believe free parking nearby as well. The location is lovely, as there is a path essentially below the apartment along the lake where you can walk to Gandria. In the other direction, you can drive to Lugano in 5 minutes or walk in 30 minutes along the sidewalk. Lena was welcoming & was there if we needed any help! Highly recommend if you're going to be visiting Lugano.

It's a clean and pretty house. It's on the side of the road, so it's easy to find, and the friendly owner was downstairs to help us check in right away. The room and bedding were all clean, so I was able to stay comfortably in the 7th family. I would love to stay here again next time. I recommend it to you.

We chose to spend a few days on the last of the year in this wonderful location, also to keep our two furry puppies out of the barrels and roam our two furry puppies. The choice was more accurate than ever, waking up the first of the year overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake was wonderful. Everything was perfect, nature, trails in the woods, tranquility and a cozy, warm, well-kept home, like staying at home. Sara was very kind to us, welcome 10 and praises! We will definitely be back

We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

Marco provided us with a place related to his descriptions, clean, well maintained, and equipped for a holiday apartment. Clear directions to access it, quiet area, easy walking distance to amenities. Price complies with what is provided. As far as we are concerned, consider a return.

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

Our stay was great. The view was great over Lake Maggiore, especially in the evening and at night, it was simply magical! The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped. Impeccable cleanliness! Tastefully furnished apartment, very functional and cared for in every aspect. Elena has accurately and professionally managed all phases of the reservation, access and communication. We felt right at home.

This hideaway on the slopes of Lago Maggiore is a fantastic find. Private, tranquil and gorgeous - with as main highlight the available jacuzzi. We had to keep the temperature of the jacuzzi down due to the heat, so it served us as a cooling spot during these hot days. Place is really great, feels a bit like an agriturismo. Fresh eggs from the hens, fresh zucchini and cucumber from the garden. Lovely company of both cats and dogs. The house has everything you need, including a well equiped kitchen and great bathroom. Host is really responsive. Overall 10/10!

We spent a few days to see the film festival and the place was perfectly located to go by bike. we can only recommend it.

beautiful and large apartment, ideally located for exploring the area (Mendrisiotto, Como, Milano,etc). Great restaurant across the street.
