We had a pleasant time with the family in Pascale's villa. The villa is well placed and allows you to alternate between relaxation and activities to do with the family.

Great stay at Villa Canne à Sucre. Eric and Hélène are perfect hosts. Available, responsive, pleasant and attentive to guests. Very nice touches such as dinner in the fridge when we arrived late, the welcome planter, breakfast... The villa is very well furnished, clean and the bedding is very comfortable (air conditioning and mosquito nets in each room). Located on the heights, very nice view overlooking the sea in the background. The pool is nice after a day of sightseeing on the island. The equipment provided such as a cooler, umbrellas... are also useful. Allow about 10 minutes to get to the Marin Marina, 20 minutes to the Salines Beach. One regret, our meeting with the yen-yen. Thank you again for the evening spent in your company, the tastings and the beautiful discoveries on the specialties of the island.

Loved our stay! The villa is clean, well furnished and just like the pictures. The mountain and sea views are simply beautiful. Jacky, our on-site contact, was very punctual, attentive and quickly available. We will return to this property without hesitation! It was just perfect!

An ideal house for families with children. The house, pool, and garden were absolutely clean and well-maintained. Nothing was missing. The house is located directly on the beach (2 minutes). The Diamond Center is a 10-15 minute walk. If I travel to Martinique again, I will book this house again. Highly recommended.

small house in the residence very pretty. as described. the beach just opposite is not crowded but the sea a little more agitated. the snack bar just opposite makes noise on weekends but is quiet the rest of the time. Anaïs was very nice and available.

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

Excellent place. Gorgeous setting. Carine was very helpful as well. We would come back! The outdoor deck is particularly fun and great to relax.

We spent 8 nights in the house with our young children. The house is located in a quiet, safe area and allows for absolute tranquility. The house is far from shops, however it allows for exceptional views of the sea, village and mountains. Highlights: - Very responsive host and concierge service and they give good advice and small touches - The house is clean and offers an open concept on the garden overlooking the sea +++ - Very comfortable bedding and in addition a cute bathroom adjacent to each bedroom - The pool and sea view are even more beautiful in person! - Very quiet area allowing nights of sleep to the sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. To be considered: To get to the house, you have to use a fairly bumpy dirt/stone road - we strongly suggest renting a small SUV. However, a real road seemed to be under construction during our stay!

We had an amazing week with our children and their spouses at Pierre's villa. The welcome was perfect, Pierre also gave us good recommendations. The villa is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, well-decorated, nothing is missing. The location of the villa is great and the views are incredible as described. The small village of Les Anses d'Arlet is very pretty, quiet and the beach just beautiful. I highly recommend Pierre's villa, a very good choice that will not disappoint you.

We had a great time at Priscilla and Bertrand's house. The villa is superb, well equipped, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The welcome and stay was perfect. We highly recommend it!

Great location, great sea and sunset views. Anse d'Arlet is a little gem. The villa is spotless.

You can stay at Armelle's without a second thought. An exceptional welcome (meal prepared for our arrival + essential groceries that awaited us in the fridge). The house has a lot of charm, with elegant decor. The terrace area with the living room and pool is just exceptional. Armelle is very kind, accommodating, and the house is a little paradise. We will come back to it with great pleasure!

We had an amazing 2 weeks in a very well-equipped home with magnificent views of the Diamond Rock, sea and sunset. Not overlooked, which is very nice for enjoying the pool. François and his wife are welcoming, warm and always available hosts, all with plenty of little tips and touches: a pitcher of planter and a beautiful fruit basket awaits you. Thanks again to them for this wonderful home where we have great memories.

We stayed at Agnès's for 15 days, her welcome was very friendly and pleasant. The house is beautiful! There were 7 of us and at no time did we feel cramped, everyone had their space. The house is in a very good location . And finally the positive point, the pool is very nice to be able to cool off at any time and the children loved it. Thanks again to Agnès for her kindness. I recommend it 100%!!!

Dorothée is a pleasant and trusted person. we were greeted with a planter and coolly refreshed, which is always appreciated. the villa perfectly matches the description on the site as well as the photos. access is not easy but I knew so no worries for me. we had a pleasant stay . i would definitely recommend it.

A real little piece of heaven! José's villa in Martinique is simply magical. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: quiet, good location, surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking view. Everything was impeccable upon arrival, and José was a thoughtful and warm host. It feels like home, with all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. I recommend this villa without so much as a second thought and I'll go back there without hesitation!

Beautiful location on the heights of Les Anses d'Arlet. Three beautiful bedrooms with their private bathrooms upstairs and a fully equipped independent studio. Everyone enjoyed the space and the incredible view from the house. Access to the beach of Les Anses d'Arlet is possible on foot but the slope is steep to get back up to the accommodation. Friendly restaurant down the street: the Littoral. Small downside, no internet contrary to what is mentioned in the listing. According to the concierge, the Starlink subscription was not renewed.
