Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Les Terres Basses

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for a beautiful stay. This was my first time in St. Maarten and this property made me feel right at home. The ease of communication with the host and friendly greetings from Pet, were all things that made this feel like the right choice. Beautiful property just as described! You can’t go wrong with staying at this location. I’ll definitely be back!

Airbnb was as pictured, and felt like I was at home. A beautiful gated community with access to pools and jacuzzi. Great place to stay at as it’s surrounded by resteraunts, beach, bars, club, convenient stores. Thank you to the Amazing host Christopher & the Co-host everything was perfect. I will be returning 😊

Back from vacation and already missed the place. Feels very homey. The view from the bottom balcony was exceptional. Manoj and Mariana were very responsive with excellent communications no matter what time of day. The house on the water inside a gated area was great. Private parking. A fully equipped house. We loved the fact that we had a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and a bbq is a plus if you decide to bbq. We loved the guestbook idea, where you get to read other guest experiences and favourite places to visit and eat. The location is excellent especially you rent a car. Otherwise, you’re surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. Thank you Manoj for everything, we loved SXM and we hope to return soon.

If we could rate higher than 5 stars we would! Easily the best bed and breakfast I’ve ever stayed in. If you choose to stay here during your visit in SXM (which you should, duh!) you can smugly walk by every other tourist here knowing you have the best view of the island! But in all serious, thank you Tess and Hugh for a very memorable experience and creating this little slice of heaven! Don’t think twice, book already!! You won’t regret!

We had a great time here at Maracudja in beautiful St. Martin. The place was exactly what we needed for morning coffees and yoga, lunch time pit stops from the beach, and evenings relaxing in the private hot tub! The space was clean, extremely cozy, and the outdoor area is an amazing place to spend time. The surrounding area feels very safe, even walking at night, and everything is super walkable, there are plenty of places to eat and drink close by and the beach is steps away. My only couple of suggestions or pain points: the stove wasn't working when we were there so we weren't able to cook anything at the house that we couldn't do in the microwave. And it took us a couple days to figure out the door locking/unlocking so would just suggest more instructions on that ahead of time. Other than that we had a great time and would 10/10 recommend staying here with Delphine- she was a great host and we look forward to coming back hopefully!

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .

Our stay at this Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the breathtaking view with doors wide open, inviting us into a beautifully set-up space. The thoughtful touch of a bottle of wine waiting for us added to the warm welcome. The host was incredibly sweet, checking in on us to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, just minutes away from all the attractions, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. Although parking was a bit tight, it was a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. One unique aspect of our stay was the daily visit from a 3-foot-long iguana, who seemed to love sunbathing on the balcony. It added a fun and exotic twist to our experience! A small note for fellow travelers from the states: the plugs are European, so don't forget to bring adaptors. Overall, the place was amazing and well worth the price. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great stay and I can't wait to return!!!!

We loved our stay at Sylvie's guest house. They were extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful for any questions regarding the area and our stay. The guest house was spotless and spacious, we'd love to come back!

Veronique’s apartment was our home away from home. Her attention, responsiveness helped to make our stay. We loved the deck for added outdoor living space. A charcoal grill made cooking the fresh fish we picked up at the market a huge plus! We would definitely stay at her property for a future trip if available!
