Very Quiet Neighborhood. Friendly welcome. Easy to maintain house. Terrace and garden access very easy if you have a dog. Not overlooked. Good bedding. Small supermarket 5 minutes by car and accommodation close to La Rochelle.

We have a wonderful holiday in Daniel's beautiful home. The house was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was large with a very, very nice shower. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog, and the wifi was extremely fast and stable, which was perfect for my husband who was working remotely. It was easy to cast to the smart tv as well. Daniel was very professional and friendly, and we really appreciated his proactive communication. He responded to our messages almost instantly and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely stay with Daniel again, and we highly recommend his home. We couldn't have been happier :)

Very nice little house ideally located on a quiet street 15 min walk from the old La Rochelle. Very nice original decor, very well appointed terrace, it feels good to have a drink at the end of the day. Lisa is responsive and friendly, contact was easy. I recommend this beautiful little place for a stay for two in La Rochelle.

We have had a fantastic stay at Gaëlle’s beautiful property in La Flotte. The house provides a great open space whilst still remaining cosy. It had good facilities and all the home comforts we needed. Its location, with parking, is brilliant so close to the centre of the village. Gaëlle and Freddy (her local support) were both responsive and helpful in their communications and welcome. Many thanks Gaëlle for a great holiday stay.

excellent stay for a week in this nice spacious house, very quiet, well located, very well equipped with a nice terrace for meals and comfortable sunbeds. Shops and north beach within a 10 minute walk. We recommend and will be happy to come back. Géraldine and Franck are welcoming and very friendly

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

A truly amazing and well thought out villa worked really well for our recent holiday! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the outside space was amazing! Perfect for our 3 families and children. The location of the house provided us with access to the local beaches and really enjoyed the evening stroll/ bike ride into the main town where we enjoyed meals out in the restaurants. The pool was outstanding for both adults and children and provided hours of fun! Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another holiday.

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation being located close to our family who resides year-round on the island. Communication with Angélique is very easy, very responsive and welcoming host. Thanks, we'll be back with pleasure!

I highly recommend Chantal and Serge's place. it's new, well appointed, and well-located! Close to bike paths, which is very convenient to get to the beach. The rental is clean and complete in equipment, perfect for family holidays! In addition, our hosts were very accommodating, available and very kind. We would not hesitate to contact them again for a future vacation.

My partner and I had a lovely stay with our dog Pogo. Celine is a great host, she received us very well and we thank her for that. The accommodation is very well located and it is a very good value for money. The accommodation is on a peaceful street with quick access to all amenities as well as the beach. We took a look at the Vendee Globe Village and also the start. The location of the apartment and the infrastructure fit very well with the event. Easy access to the village and a great spot to watch the start from the bunk roof at Cayola .

A really cozy accommodation, simple, but with everything you need. Highlighted are the large garden, shower and sauna in the garden. JP is a very nice, straightforward and accommodating host. When I had questions, there was always a quick answer. The beach is a maximum of 5 minutes - also a plus! You can walk to La Rochelle in a good hour, but there is also a train and bus almost right outside the door. All in all it was a very nice and relaxing holiday, Thanks JP!

Very good stay, the cottage is very nice, well appointed, very quiet ideal for relaxing. Shops are reached by foot as well as the seaside.

We had a memorable sports weekend at this charming home! The large garden was perfect for fun: volleyball matches, goal shots, and even wild badminton games! The house was spotless, with tastefully decorated rooms. We felt right at home. Our host took great care of us. His warm welcome and wise advice made our stay even more enjoyable. In particular, she recommended a great restaurant close to the house. Proximity to the sea was a real plus. We were able to enjoy beautiful walks through the woods of La Conche, and on the beach we were able to swim even on this November 10th. For our first time in Longeville-sur-Mer, it was a success! We will come back without hesitation.
