Accommodation consistent with the photos on the site. Close to shops and seaside within walking distance of the rental. Extremely quiet and very well-equipped. The only drawback is the lack of wifi, and some phone networks do not pass inside the apartment. Natacha explained to us at the end of the stay that the issue would be resolved quickly. Apartment, very nice and close to important sites (landing beaches, museums, etc...). A big thank you to Natacha and Yannick for their welcome and kindness.

The house had everything you need for a holiday & bathrooms were very nice which is important. We really liked the terrace with the beach access & sounds of the ocean. We were blessed with some great weather & the terrace was a real sun trap.

Anne's apartment is actually an entire townhouse; what is,in itself, is extremely appreciated. Plus, this house has everything you can expect from a vacation rental: Comfort , cleanliness , aesthetics. (decorated with great taste in marine theme) functionality , location (The sea view is beautiful ) , quiet So, relaxation and rest assured. Thank you to Anne for allowing us to stay in such a place.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or small family. Ed and Eleanor were really helpful, without being intrusive. It is ideally situated to get around the island with 3 buses to choose from. There are a number of nice places to eat nearby. We were incredibly grateful that we were able to leave our luggage until later in the day as we had a late flight. We highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful and cozy place to stay. Isabelle was great and responded to all questions immediately. Everything in town is just a few steps away and the other historically interesting destinations in the area (Utah beach, Omaha, etc) are easy to reach by car.

I would definitely recommend the Beach House in Le Hocq, Jersey. It is ideally situated, right next to a welcoming pub with restaurant, next to the beach and close to the bus stop. There are buses to St. Helier and Gorey (in the opposite direction) every 15 minutes. St. Helier is only about 2 miles away and the airport is only about 7 ½ miles away. The Beach House is just lovely. It was clear that Irene has made every effort to make the villa as comfortable as possible. It is bright and spacious, very comfortable and has all the facilities needed, including dishwasher & washing machine. It is also very peaceful. The living, kitchen and dining areas are all spacious, clean and welcoming as are the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom windows look out on to the sea which is a nice view. Irene is an excellent host. Both Irene and her husband are very friendly. Irene quickly answered all my questions, was very helpful with advice and was very keen to make sure we had a lovely holiday.

An 18th century farmhouse, beautifully located in the valley of a stream. 10 minutes walk to beach and amenities. Very friendly and helpful hostess and hostess. Spacious home with all amenities. Beautiful hiking opportunities (coastal path). Absolutely recommended!

We stayed at Mariannes farm house for 6 weeks so a long enough stay to completely settle in! We loved it. The farm house is perfect & well equipped- exactly as shown in pictures, the cottage boasts a large private garden leading directly from the kitchen and has plenty of parking available if you have more than one car. The cottage itself is surrounded by fields and you feel completely in the countryside (despite being a 5-10 min drive from Gorey and the beach there, and a 15 min drive to St Helier and all town has to offer!) If you dont have a car the cottage is a 5-10 min walk to the main road which has the number 2 running into town (a longer walk - 20mins- would put you on the 1 bus route but we never did this!) Any problems we had with the cottage were solved promptly by Marianne and her husband. We had a great time, loved Jersey and couldn’t recommend the cottage more! If staying long term a mattress topper may be good in the single but completely manageable for a short time!

Second stay at Paul's cottage. Again well received with a small bottle on the table upon arrival. The surrounding area is full of sightseeing and activities of all kinds. Whether you're a beach or a pool enthusiast, you'll have a choice. An address to remember!

The house has a very great location. It is possible to relax there very well.

We had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend Matt and Mary’s gite to others. The location is great for visiting the D-Day memorials and museums, and there are enough local amenities, restaurants and shops within a short drive. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with enough kitchen utensils, pans, etc, to cook at home if not eating out every evening. The pool and games room are brilliant for entertaining the kids. We had good communications with Matt and Mary prior to arrival, and they were very friendly and offered suggestions for restaurants and attractions during our stay. We would definitely look to book again if we return to the area.

Clean accommodation, very nice, with parking, quiet, nearby shops. Very good location of the accommodation in an extremely well flowered city, quick access to roads for visits to the area. Valognes is almostin the center of the Cotentin peninsula, which generates very reasonable distances to visit.

What a find! Booked last minute, due to a change in circumstances - feel so lucky to have found this gem! Everything was perfect. V comfy bed. A perfect base to explore from. Red squirrels Cockerells, and beautiful grounds. Rebeka was warm and welcoming despite being busy with arranging a celebration. I hope we can come back before too long, to Jersey, and to L'Ecluse.

Arnaud's place is perfect for a work trip. It's very quiet, which is nice in case of offbeat hours and your host will give you the best welcome.

We spent a few days of family vacation at Hélène's. His hospitality was most enjoyable and we appreciated his advice. His place is opposite sanitized accommodations, quiet, cozy, and comfortable, close to all amenities. It was a very good starting point for discoveries in Normandy Switzerland, on the landing beaches, Granville and the Chausey Islands... It was exactly what we expected and we highly recommend it.
