Very Quiet Neighborhood. Friendly welcome. Easy to maintain house. Terrace and garden access very easy if you have a dog. Not overlooked. Good bedding. Small supermarket 5 minutes by car and accommodation close to La Rochelle.

Very nice little house ideally located on a quiet street 15 min walk from the old La Rochelle. Very nice original decor, very well appointed terrace, it feels good to have a drink at the end of the day. Lisa is responsive and friendly, contact was easy. I recommend this beautiful little place for a stay for two in La Rochelle.

Stay close to my activities of the week, easy and free parking, which is a rare commodity in La Rochelle. Independent accommodation with independent entrance, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, many electrical outlets and above all very clean and quiet apartment. Robert gave many tips, flexible check-in time, easy contact. In short, everything was perfect, I spent 2 nights there for a great stay. I would recommend Anita and Robert's place especially to people who come by car (always this parking lot). I did not test but the Laleu district is well served by bus lines, so it is convenient even if you are not by car. Another big thank you to Anita and Robert.

excellent stay for a week in this nice spacious house, very quiet, well located, very well equipped with a nice terrace for meals and comfortable sunbeds. Pleasant home, recent, good location. Clean, functional. Quiet. Ability to park 1 or 2 cars indoors. Easy parking outside too (in low season). A park right next door if you have children - or a doggie. Matches photos. We recommend it!

Second stay at Julie's perfect place! Proximity to Port des Minimes on foot with its beach, shops and restaurants. Pleasant and quiet setting in the park. We particularly enjoyed the private pool in the subdivision to cool off during the hot weather. We highly recommend this listing.

We spent 2 nights in the accommodation for 5 without problem, house well left. A beautiful functional and well-equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room. 3 real bedrooms with dressing room, 2 beautiful bathrooms and toilets. Bright, tastefully decorated, convenient, clean and well located house. We all loved this house. Maria and very responsive and clear for instructions. No negative points emerge from our weekend except the fact of leaving beautiful places.

A truly wonderful home in an idyllic location. Sandra’s home is perfect for a large group with all the things you could wish for and a stunning outside/pool area. 2 minute walk to the beach. Accommodation as described where we had a very pleasant stay. Very quiet area and not far from many visits to make for those who do not know the area. Weekly stay with our 2 children on Ile de Ré. The house is in a small neighborhood of Noue a 5-minute walk from the beach: super quiet, with the sound of the sea and a beautiful garden. Accommodation completely as advertised and ideal for a family. We were able to radiate all over the island by bike very easily. Christiane was always very quick to respond to our questions and welcomed us directly on site. You can go there without a second thought.

We had an amazing stay at La Maison De La Tribu. Key pick up is from a separate location in La Rochelle. This historic home has been beautifully restored, is very spacious and is in an amazing location in the heart of the town. Also walking distance to the beach. The garden was beautiful planted but a little overgrown….but this did not affect our enjoyment. We had an amazing family holiday and would definitely recommend.

My partner and I had a lovely stay with our dog Pogo. Celine is a great host, she received us very well and we thank her for that. The accommodation is very well located and it is a very good value for money. The accommodation is on a peaceful street with quick access to all amenities as well as the beach. A really cozy accommodation, simple, but with everything you need. Highlighted are the large garden, shower and sauna in the garden. JP is a very nice, straightforward and accommodating host. When I had questions, there was always a quick answer. The beach is a maximum of 5 minutes - also a plus! You can walk to La Rochelle in a good hour, but there is also a train and bus almost right outside the door. All in all it was a very nice and relaxing holiday, Thanks JP!
