The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

For a 1 night stay before a morning flight out, this place was great. We didn't have to perform any cleaning duties before leaving. We had plenty of space compared to renting a hotel room. We had an easy walk to the mall. The town is beautiful and surprisingly quiet. The owners sent a very helpful video on how to get into the duplex. It definitely wasn't the cleanest place, but it was worth it.

Perfect accommodation, great location, easy to access and quiet, which fits perfectly with the listing. We keep this address for our future trips to Paris as a family.

Very clean accommodation 2 steps from the metro that takes you directly to central Paris. Quiet neighborhood and most importantly a parking space in the basement. The bedding is great, everything is perfect for a single person or couple. I'll think about coming back if I have to go to Paris again.

We had a great time at Heidi's place. We were there for a trade show and the apartment is conveniently located in relation to the exhibition center. The apartment is small but clean, very well-equipped and functional. Parking spaces are an undeniable plus! Access to the apartment and garage is very easy. we would really like to note Anna's place. This apartment is in our soul. Incredibly cozy and comfortable. Beautiful view from the window, there is a bakery nearby with the best mmdal croissants, as well as two large supermarkets. Communication with the hosts was great, they were incredibly friendly and kind to us. Thank you very much for this opportunity to stay at your place❤️

Everything about this gorgeous home was lovely! Our family of four stayed for 9 wonderful nights in Françoise’s beautiful home! Ample space, comfortable beds, gorgeous views, and a quaint neighborhood made this an absolute 10/10 experience for us ! With this home situated on Line 1, we easily navigated Paris using the Metro and RER every day when visiting key touristic areas. We also found the surrounding stores, restaurants, and shops to have everything we needed to enjoy preparing breakfast or dinner in the flat when we felt like staying in. The monoprix and pharmacie located on the same block were exceptionally convenient - we really loved time spent in the beautiful greenhouse balcony area sharing time as a family together! If this location is open during your travel window, we recommend immediately booking - it was our best Airbnb experience yet! Thank you all so much for your hospitality & kindness Francoise & Sasha!

This was a great apartment in a perfect location. It is very much as described with all the facilities listed. The only downside was that the bunk beds are very small and suitable only for children. This isn't made clear in the description. I survived the tiny bed and thin mattress and would definitely go again for the space and the location.

I've only been using hotels in the Bilancourt area, but this time I used Gary's house for the first time. The indoor atmosphere was very clean, and it a house that was spacious enough for 2 people to use. Gary was kind enough to welcome us late at night. I would like to use it again next time. Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Gam's. It is in a fantastic area of the city with great restaurants and eats all around. Easy to get to the metro from her place which is convenient. The apartment was just as described in the photos, very fun space. Would recommend!

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

We had a lovely stay at this place. The view of the Eiffel Tower is just amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. Boris was responsive when we needed him a lot. We wanted to be close to La Défense and Puteaux train station located 1 min from Boris's accommodation took us there very quickly or sometimes we walked. The only catch is the staircase at the entrance to the building when you have a lot of luggage. But honestly, we all loved staying here for a few days. Thanks Boris for hosting us! We'll go back if we have a chance.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

The apt was very cozy and spacious. Walkable to cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s some good running routes along the canal close to the apt. Dimitri was very fast to respond and also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you again!

Great place. Right by the river and 5 minute walk to the underground metro that takes you everywhere. Host was very helpful and provided video instructions for everything you could possibly need. Bottle of wine in the fridge and free bike passes included which was awesome! Only complaint would be how noisy it is at all hours due to traffic and the sirens in the night but that'll be the same anywhere if you're staying in the city lol. Would totally come back if we are in Paris again.
