Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Les Houches

This is spectacular apartment just on the edge of Chamonix centre but at the heart of Chamonix valley. It is well appointed with all things catered for. The amenities are as described and immaculate with the pool being long enough to swim in and the hot tub comfortable to smooth weary legs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Kathryn and Barney hosted brilliantly. We would certainly consider returning for a further visit to discover more that this are has to offer.

We had a lovely stay here with our 4 year old. It was just how the photos show it, very clean and tidy with all the extra things you need. Lots of thought has been put in to make sure you have a comfortable stay. There’s also a large area to store all your skiing items in the separate large entrance, and a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer is all there too so means you have lots of room/storage in the living areas.

In love with the Comloux region for several years, it was a pleasure for us this year to discover Marine's accommodation (in summer). Clean, spacious for 3, ideally located at the foot of the slopes and not far from the village, I recommend this listing as well as the host. A plus for the person who welcomed us on site, extremely kind and caring. Thank you for everything

Beautiful place just outside Chamonix. Spacious with many bedrooms and bathrooms. With half an hour by train, you'll be everywhere in the area. The only downside we can mention is the wifi, which was very slow and even went completely out for three days. Otherwise, everything was actually completely to our liking! James was easily accessible and very friendly. Would recommend!

A great apartment, centrally located in Chamonix. Xavier was very helpful and provided all the details we needed before the trip and was a very responsive host. It had everything we needed, was very clean and a home from home environment, with great balcony views! It was a great base for our hiking holiday and we would definitely return again.

Excellent stay, the view from the terrace alone really deserves to book this apartment for the magical moments it offers. Everything else was perfect, we'll be back with pleasure. David and his team are extremely responsive and professional.

Super clean, spacious apartment. Beds really comfy. Secure parking & ski/boot room. It’s a 10-15 minute (flat) walk into the centre of Morzine, which is easy enough in the evenings. If you’re in ski boots, the bus stops every 10-15 minutes directly outside the apartment. Jane the host was really helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect stay with friends, the chalet is very well arranged, very spacious while being cozy! We recommend it!

Had an absolutely idyllic 2 weeks in Jean-pierres home. Was able to feel relaxed and at home. Its an absolutely wonderful space which our dog also loved. Everything that was needed was right there. Thankyou for a lovely family holiday

A real rare gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an exceptional stay in this new, tastefully renovated accommodation, located on the ground floor of a Savoyard chalet. The photos of the accommodation perfectly match reality. The cleanliness is impeccable, hotel worthy (which is rare for an Airbnb). The bedding is very comfortable, with 6 real beds. Many amenities add to the comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, raclette machine, etc. The accommodation is very quiet, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Eliot and Kirstie are attentive hosts, attentive and available before and throughout the stay. They respond quickly to messages and show great flexibility. It's the little touches that make the difference: when we arrived, the beds were made, Nespresso coffee pods were offered, heating already on, etc. A real pleasure! I highly recommend this listing.

Theresa is a super host. She got back to our every need she help us with all our needs and requests to make the holiday special. She gave us Cassie too who made beautiful cakes and delivered them. She supported our late check out which really helped. The place was tidy the beds and bedding super comfortable and a really well stocked Chalet. Lots of lovely touches which were a surprise but appreciated. We’d happily come back.

A beautiful spot in a stunning place, amazing views from the property. Anne very helpful and friendly and gave us home grown courgettes which were delicious! No tea, coffee, milk left or shampoo or conditioner but shower gel there and Anne gave us coffee when we asked where we could get some. Also we didn’t realise two bedrooms were on a mezzanine with no doors (only two bedrooms have doors) but very modern clean space, two showers, one loo, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine.

We had a great stay we come to the area to see the family and visit the surroundings, accommodation as described and Tatiana responds immediately if you have any questions. A host at the top. The accommodation is close to plenty of places to visit. Air conditioning is a real joy especially during the summer. We will definitely come back to Tatiana and Florian's place.

It went very well! Flexible check-in, home matches photos. Very nice with a large common area! And the terrace that allowed us to eat outside! Great stay!

Perfect accommodation. At the foot of the slopes, it's royal. Aurélie accompanies us with a few messages that reassure us. And the click clac is new, very comfortable. I would recommend it in a second.

Lovely apartment perfectly located in the centre of Chamonix. On the main pedestrian street so shops and restaurants right on the doorstep and walking distance to the major attractions. Recently renovated apartment in historically old building has great character. Balcony overlooking the street for people watching and a great view of Mont Blanc. Private parking spot in underground car park a huge bonus. The property is in the pedestrianised area so a short walk to carry the bags, but worth it for the location. There is an elevator but it is on a split landing to to the ground floor and apartment so wasn’t much use. Some previous reviews mention the noise - There is the hustle and bustle that comes with a busy central location, also the opening of the supermarket behind the apartment. This didn’t bother us. The windows shut out most of the sound and a small price to pay for the location. Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment, functional and warm. Very nice view and exposure . Close to shops, activities and hiking trails. Perfect for the summer vacation!

We had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great, really central for exploring Morzine and for going skiing. Simon & Rachel couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive, recommending local restaurants for us to visit.
