Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Les Contamines-Montjoie

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

We loved our stay at Serina's chalet. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. The location was great - a peaceful neighbourhood within 5 minutes walk of a local supermarket and cheese shop (and tasty pizza takeaway place), 10 minutes walk to the lovely town centre square, 10 minute walk through the woods / along the river to the ski lift, and a bus stop just outside. We rented skis from Xtreme Glisses just next to the ski lift so could leave our skis and boots there and didn't have to carry them. The chalet had everything we needed and we particularly appreciated all the 'essentials' that were available for us to use in the chalet, including basic cooking and kitchen supplies such as oil, salt, sugar, herbs, tea, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, etc. The beds were comfortable, the dining/sitting/kitchen area was great and there was a useful room for storing kit near the front door. There was also a selection of games and puzzles too. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay in a functional accommodation, where nothing is missing. Carmelle is very nice and attentive. Quiet accommodation in a middle mountain alley. The room for children is great and the one for parents is fine. We recommend the listing without any problem.

Very spacious accommodation with all the comforts for a family with children (booster seat, pots, changing table, games room, bed gate, umbrella bed, step, secure stairs), it's very appreciated. Well equipped kitchen with all the comforts you need, very wide for 8 people. Home with stunning views over the mountains. Provide the car to go to the city next door (bakery, butcher, tobacco shop, pharmacy). Central point between Annecy, the ski runs, and the Swiss border (allow between 30min and 1h). We had a lovely stay at Amandine's. Host who is present and helpful while being discreet. I highly recommend this listing!

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

Great location. Everything you need for skiing trip. Washing machine, shower, space, heat. Celine is very responsive. It is so close to the Grand Montets gondola. Great kitchen and facilities in general.

Great ski trip in Morzine with family, Paul was extremely helpful and supplied top tips as soon as we booked. Location was fabulous and the buses were extremely helpful after a long day on the slopes. Homely and loved the added touch of board games. Thanks for being such great hosts.

With our family of 7 people, we had a wonderful week in Simon's apartment. We received clear information about the accommodation in advance. Everything was fine. The apartment was well equipped with fine furniture, an extensive kitchen, lovely beds and clean bathrooms. One bathroom and two more separate toilets per bedroom. The balcony has all day sun and overlooks the slopes. The communication Simon was also pleasant, he always responded quickly. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine with a bag of delicious cookies ready, very thoughtful. The apartment building is very nice. The underground garage with elevator is ideal. Restaurants, baker and a small pop-up supermarket are all within walking distance. In the ski cellar there is enough space for all the equipment. In short, a wonderful apartment in a very nice location!

We spent 3 nights in Mylène's home, and mostly enjoyed the outdoor environment! The apartment is small but functional, ideally located (less than 15 minutes from all the activities and restaurants we enjoyed!) The building is quiet, the bathtub is a real plus, especially after an afternoon of hiking! Everything is well located and functional, the bed super comfortable, and the view from the balcony is really superb. On the chart of the "minus", access with a large car is complicated or even compromised: understand that the path is narrow and turns at a right angle. No dedicated space, to park at the top it will sometimes be the lotto (however, this is specified, so no surprise)! But this did not taint our stay, and communication with Mylène was always quick and easy. We will be back with a great pleasure! Another very positive point: the accommodation is pet-friendly, our doggie was delighted! So thank you!

We had a great stay for a week of skiing with two families. The ski bus to the Prodain lift to Avoriaz and to Morzine center and lift there stops next to the apartment. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Morzine where there is a lot to do. We would love to come back!

Maryse's apartment is very well located, perfect for a ski stay (close to family resorts), perfect also in other seasons to enjoy nature and peaks. The apartment is right in front of a convenience store and 2 minutes walk from the bakery, you can also enjoy at the back a pretty covered terrace and beautiful landscape. The apartment has been recently renovated, it is very clean and very friendly, ideal for two people or a couple with children. Maryse is very welcoming and incredibly kind, always available when needed. I would highly recommend it!
