Vacation rentals with beach access in Lerici

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Great location, breathtaking view, spacious and bright apartment, fully equipped.

The communication with Luigi is super smooth. He was flexible with both our arrival and departure. The flat is localized in Monte Rosso which is a good compromise between being in the Cinque Terre but not too much, everything can be done by foot or with the train. It is great to have a private parking. The flat is clean, big, well-equipped but the terrace cannot be used when the air cond is on. Globally a top experience, highly recommended!

We stayed at Chiara’s for 5 days and really enjoyed the sparkly clean apartment and the fantastic location. Chiara was extremely clear in her directions, including by sending pics and a video. They made it very easy to find and self-check in. We loved coming back to the apartment just in time for sunset to enjoy the perfect view from the table that is strategically placed there, presumably for this purpose. Thank you for making our very first visit to Cinque Terre so special.

My wife and I had a great time at Simona's apartment. First impressions were that it was very clean with gleaming colourful tile floors. The bathroom, although quite small, was very clean with all amenities needed. Soap, shampoo, tp and enough towels. Bed was comfy with side tables and plenty of storage. Less than a 4 minute walk to the beach while walking at our speed. The balcony was great for two people with a new table and chairs to relax on. Simona was lovely and even checked in with us to see if we were doing ok because we hadn't a need to contact her for any issues. There are stairs to climb to get to the apartment but she clearly mentions this several times in her listing. We were aware and prepared. We really enjoyed it here and to be honest, we would rent this space from her again.

Rosanna and Salvatore are the perfect hosts to a charming and unique apartment with the most spectacular views in Riomaggiore. You will be greeted with such kindness and warmth. They provided us with a lot of information and helped us with our luggage which was very appreciated as there are steps but it was helpful that there are handrails. You have everything you need here. It is so tastefully decorated and really a once in a lifetime experience. The patio views are amazing. It is more than a place to stay.. it is an experience that you will savor in years to come. Thankyou to our hosts for providing this memory.

The place has a beautiful view, nice furniture, great location, well equipped kitchen. We toured the 5 Cinque Terre towns and like Monterosso the best. We liked the restaurants, beach and atmosphere. We’d stay there again. I would note that the staircase into the apartment is steep and long. I would not recommend for small kids or anyone with balance issues. Additionally, the apartment is close to the train tracks. The trains can be loud as they pass by. I’m a hard sleeper so the noise was not an issue for me. We’d stay there again. Overall, we were very happy. We definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very spacious and well located. I want to mention that given its location close to the main street it is quite noisy especially in the summer when we have to leave the windows open. But otherwise 5 min to everything. And the hosts were accommodating

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

great location for walks along the sea, a stone's throw from the beach of La Secca and Moneglia. The station is a 5-minute walk for day trips to the Cinque Terre. The WiFi allows you to quickly connect with a PC for entertainment in the absence of TV. Moneglia also offers an evening cinema with the latest releases. It was a nice stay.

The house is very nice and the view of the hills and the sea is wonderful. There is a very nice multi-story garden, a balcony, a table and chairs outside, you feel great. Heating is paid separately, three of us didn't pay too much. The road to get there is typical mountain, we had no problems. Gloria is very kind, we recommend Pietrasanta!

Peaceful, quiet and private. Graziella and Alberto are really nice hosts, communication was great. The house is sparkling clean, spacious and warm. It was a great experience.

Lidia is amazing and her place is wonderful! Levanto is an awesome place to explore and a great home base for exploring cinque terre.

Lola, very kind, attentive and helpful, the terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful and has allowed us to have lunch outdoors on December 29, exceptional sunsets and the noise of the waves in the background. The parking lot is a little limited but having already visited 5 Terre, Portovenere and surroundings, we preferred to learn more about Tellaro and Lerici.

The house is wonderfully made for a perfect holiday. It's all up to the smallest details, such as clothespins. The bed is great, the fridge is also equipped with a freezer. The terrace and the garden are a dream. It is best to come with a small, maneuverable car. The driveway and streets of the area are not easy to drive on.

We just left Sarahs Villa in Portovenere it was so beautiful and hard to leave. Beautifully decorated and well kept in a beautiful building location with the most outstanding views. Sarah has been great the whole week we were there. We will definitely come back and I highly recommend. View 10/10 Decor 10/10 Location 10/10 Parking 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Market, beach, pharmacy, dock, bus stop, cafes all within 5 minute walk.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.

Our family had a wonderful stay - the location is amazing - very close to the train station, restaurants and right on the beach. Communication was very proactive and we appreciated the walk through of the property on arrival. There is definitely a “retro” feel to the apartment, but it didn’t detract from the experience. Overall it was a great home base to explore the area.

Charming apartment with sea views. Everything is clean and as described. Paola and her husband welcomed us upon arrival and were very responsive when we asked them questions. The garage is a plus. The city center is a 5-minute walk and the train station serving the 5 lands, or Genoa, Portofino is a 15-minute walk. Excellent, I recommend it!!!
