I have stayed at Suzanne’s en-suite multiple times now, as my daughter attends FSU. It’s a great neighborhood location and easy to get in and out around town. The bed / bedding are comfy and Suzanne has a beautiful backyard with a pool. I will be back!

Bradley made this visit go as seamless as possible for my family who traveled from Pennsylvania to visit FSU for the weekend. Couldn’t have ask for a better host, responded quickly to every question we had. Look forward to staying with them again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The fully fenced yard was perfect for my dog, and we really enjoyed the beautiful pool area—it was a great spot to relax. One note for travelers with older guests: there are a few tripping hazards to be aware of. The walkway to the house and the driveway leading to the front door are uneven due to tree roots, which can be difficult to navigate. Inside, there's a large floor vent in the hallway between a bedroom and bathroom that could also pose a tripping risk. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made the space feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Any questions or small concerns I had were addressed almost instantly, which really enhanced my experience and gave me peace of mind. The maintenance staff was also exceptionally friendly. When I ran into them during my stay, they were polite and eager to assist, adding a nice personal touch to the overall experience. The location is another major highlight. Being close to both Aldi and Publix was so convenient, especially for grabbing groceries or last-minute essentials. It saved me a lot of time and made it easy to prepare meals during my stay.

I’ve stayed at many air bnb’s and this one was so well equipped with all the things for a comfortable stay. They have thought of every little detail. Highly recommend this air bnb.

This is my 90th Airbnb. I haven’t seen them all but I’ve seen enough to know how great Sue’s place is. What makes it stand above the rest? CLEAN. The little touches-water, Gatorade, wine in fridge. Snack basket with a ton of different kinds of snacks, drink mixes, protein bars. Really nice. The bathroom has an abundance of clean, white towels and some blue ones for makeup removal. There were towels lying on each bed when we arrived. There were several bins in the bathroom clearly marked with soaps, lotions, toothbrushes, toothpaste and anything else you could possibly want. Fast WiFi. A beautiful, tree lined lot and yard furniture to sit and enjoy the privacy of the location. They had a really big swimming pool that I didn’t have time to enjoy. I really can’t say enough except I would love Sue to give a master class on how to make your Airbnb customers feel like guests. If I could do 10 stars I would. We will be back!

Michele and Ed were awesome hosts . Super nice people!! They were very responsive to any request or concern we had. They opened their arms to us and our fur baby during a very difficult situation we were in (displaced by a house fire at our house) and made our stay the best experience in a tough time. Communication was great, cottage was very clean and comfortable, and I would recommend this location to anyone!! Most enjoyable stay!!!! Havana is a quaint, quiet, friendly little town.

David was an amazing and quick to response host. Everything mentioned was beyond accurate about his place. It is now a memorable location for my partner & I. For that we are so thankful and highly recommend this place for a quiet, cute, and well rounded place to stay! There aren’t enough words to say how perfect it was. We came down for a travel softball tournament and Gragg’s place was just as the listing described. Only stayed for the weekend but would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Gregg was very prompt on any question that we had. Excellent host a property!!

Location seemed to be safe and was easy to get to. Spacious living room and back yard. Entire place was clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels for our stay.

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!

Joanna was very communicative and nice. Loved her recommendations for our road trip. The location was very convenient to our event in the Capitol and whoever needs to go to FSU. It was very clean and everything needed was available. Nice touches in the bathroom were hair towels and makeup towels, my girls really loved that. Check out was easy to complete. Great host.

Excellent place to stay in Tallahassee, especially if you’re doing things on the FSU campus. My walk from the Kasha building was 18 minutes. I didn’t walk to Doak, but I would estimate it to be less than 10 minutes. It is a gated, well appointed and very comfortable apartment. I hope I can secure this place on future visits!
