Sebastian was a very responsive host and even wrote us, when chances were very high for northern lights. Spaceful and nice apartment, specially the hammock was loved by every family member. The surroundings were great and very peaceful. We enjoyed it a lot. Was easy to find and check-in very flexible as we arrived at 11pm.

A magical place, surrounded by views that leave you impressed, the accommodation is warm in a beautiful area, just what you are looking for to see the Northern Lights, our hosts are very attentive, friendly and aware that we were comfortable, 100% recommended!

Location: It is very close to two bus stops, which made it easy to travel around Tromso. You can reach city centre and Cathedral in just 10 min. The surrounding is peaceful and beautiful. View: We were there during the Polar nights and the view was amazing. Snow covered mountains, festive lights, view of other islands and water. We also saw around 10 inches of snow fall. Check-in: The check-in was very comfortable. When we reached it was around 1 degrees Celsius outside but inside he had maintained a cosy temperature and hygge lights which made us feel right at home. Amenities: The kitchen is fully functional, and grocery stores are nearby. We cooked some meals and enjoyed it with the amazing view. It is a beautiful, comfortable and cosy place to stay and enjoy the Arctic Circle.

The house is beautifully located on the water and has a fantastic view of the mountains. We stayed in the house with 6 adults. There are 3 small bedrooms, one of which is unfortunately only separated from the living room with a curtain. The place was sufficient for us. The kitchen equipment was very good. Really everything you needed for cooking was available. It was very pleasant that there were leftovers from the previous guests such as spices, oil or some flour. Since we didn't want to go shopping every day, the fridge was a little too small for us as self-catering. We had booked this place to be able to photograph the northern lights directly from the house. We were lucky one evening and the northern lights could be watched for hours. However, we had thought there was less ambient light. Nevertheless, we succeeded in taking very nice pictures and we take them home as unforgettable memories.

The stay at FUST was 10/10. They responded quickly and were solution-oriented so our stay was as good as possible.

This house is worth more than 10 stars in review... I haven't been in place better than this ... If you ever want to stay in Tromso it is very high recommend to take this house (even if is expensive) you are comming for holiday so this the best place to stay ... House is very clean and well maintained, with zero issues. Everything is available, much more than you need .... Thnx Tom for let us to have your house and i wish you all the best ...

Amazing place! Comfortable, cozy, design, bright, beautiful view (we saw northern lights from the terrace). Everything is there for a great stay! Thanks to Bernt who was super responsive;) super comfortable bedding. Sommarøy is a beautiful little island where it's good to live for a walk:)

Fantastic, charming abode within easy access of the city centre, but located in a quiet, peaceful little suburb with great views overlooking the town, so the best of both worlds. The apartment was fantastic - best electric cooker I've ever used in an airbnb. Beds were super comfy and we especially loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Jarl was super responsive, and checked in regularly to see if we were okay. All in all a fantastic stay, fantastic host and one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.
