We booked Martin's cottage for rest/relaxation during the holiday season with our growing extended family. Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. Our family of five had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable old stone farmhouse but with modern finishing and amenities. My kids particularly loved the hot tub and we had fun tootling around the local town. Only minutes away from Picton and Bloomfield among others so very convenient location.

This home was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. It was large enough to provide everyone space to relax in comfort yet intimate enough to spend quality time together. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Communication was lightning fast and friendly. Would 100% return.

Emily's place felt like home. Her home was pristine with a very warm feeling upon entry. Emily has been very thoughtful throughout her home, paying attention to every detail which allowed for a very comfortable and convenient stay. Her home pool was a fabulous touch; very clean and enjoyable. Emily left a thoughtful guide of her home and the area which answered any questions we had. Should you be visiting the Kingston area, Emily's home should be your first choice for accommodation.

Lovely stay at the house. Everything was well thought out and the lack of clutter really made the space more breathable. The lights were a bit tricky for figure out but the overall feel of Scandinavian style was lovely. We didn’t luck out with the weather but the house had everything we needed to have a great time inside. Great accommodation for 8 people!

This was our second stay, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! Suren is an exceptional host—attentive and welcoming. The property is absolutely perfect, surrounded by the beauty of nature, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. A truly serene getaway. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

Thank you Salina for being such a great host. We were in town for a hockey tournament and stayed at Salina's with another family of 4. The size of the house was perfect for our party of 8. It was nice to be so close to the arena and have a spot to come back too so we could cook meals in between and after games. Salina was very responsive when we had questions and kindly took time to send us an item through the mail that we forgot when we left. We would definitely stay here again if hockey brings us back to this area. Cheers

If you’re looking to recharge and reconnect this is an amazing place to stay. Internet availability but free of TV and in a quiet, private lot in Prince Edward county, close to the main city so easy to pick up any needed supplies and very close to a distillery and brewery. The host is very responsive and the unit is as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would consider coming back and recommending to others.

We had a great stay--perfect, quiet, well appointed home-based for a family gathering nearby. Comfortable and pleasant, a few worn areas and sheets/towels could use a refresh, but overall it was great and just what we needed. Thank you!

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

During our special trip we had a fantastic stay. Sarah and her family helped us with everything and nothing was too crazy. We felt right at home in the house that is equipped with all comforts. We would definitely recommend staying here and come back ourselves! Oh and a nice extra we had, Sarah's daughter makes fantastic cookies.

The farmhouse was exactly what we needed for a quick "meet in the middle" get-together with our kids that are now living in Ottawa and Toronto. Denise was an excellent host and the farmhouse has absolutely everything, really. It is the most well equipped Airbnb that we have stayed at. Denise was very accommodating as we had left the birthday cake behind and had to return well after our checkout to retrieve it. It was just too bad we only had the one night!

What a jewel right in the heart of Kingston! The place was so clean and very beautifully decorated. Had plenty of pots and pans and dishes to make it feel like home. Everything worked great and we felt safe, comfortable and cozy while there. Princess St is so close and there are so many places walkable if you don’t want to drive. The host and co-hosts were available anytime and always were quick with responses or answers to any questions about the area as well. We would definitely stay at Jorge’s place anytime we are traveling to Kingston if it’s available in the future. Absolutely wonderful stay.

I have been to PEC many times in the past but Bloom House surpasses all other stays for me!! Bloom House is stunningly beautiful, peaceful, private, calming, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The basket of fresh eggs waiting upon arrival went to good use and the fire pit made for a very cosy first night of our stay. This is not a party spot- it's a place to decompress and enjoy nature. Don't get me wrong, my hubby and I still visited some local wineries and breweries but the main attraction for us was the utter and complete tranquility. Sophie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We loved it so much that we have already booked to go back!

For our curling team and coach and meal planners Walter’s place was perfect. The bed arrangements were just as described and everything we needed was at the house. Walter always answered us when we needed something and was very fast to always respond. Would definitely stay here again for our next event.

This was our 4th stay at Steacy’s place. As always, we found it immaculately clean and everything in working order. The location is quiet and only a few minutes from the downtown area. We will be returning to Kingston in the fall and again next spring and will be booking Steacy’s place for those trips as well! Highly recommend!

The cottage was largely as advertised: comfortable and clean, quiet and private, and within easy walking distance of downtown, the university, and the waterfront. It was well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen equipment, and other basics. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, decent-sized bedrooms, and modern upstairs bathroom. Overall, it's a cosy place, rather than a luxurious one, and that suited us just fine. We'd certainly book it again without hesitation. One suggestion: it would be good to note in the description and photos that the staircase to the second floor is steep, narrow, and has a sharp angle at the top. This is something that visitors with small children and those with even slight balance or mobility problems should be aware of, especially since the only full bathroom is on the second floor.

I recently stayed at Peng's Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a serene ambiance that made our stay incredibly relaxing. What truly stood out was Peng's hospitality. We had a last-minute change in our guest list, and Peng was more than accommodating, making the adjustments seamlessly. Moreover, when we encountered a minor issue with a beeping appliance, Peng personally came over to fix it right away, ensuring our comfort was never compromised. I highly recommend staying at Peng's place for anyone looking for a beautiful and well-hosted experience.

our stay in kingston was amazing the place was clean and comfortable. the home was spacious with everything we needed for our visit. the beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. the decor was creative and added to the experience. everything was well thought out and this attention to detail made our stay perfect. communication was great with the hosts and they responded promptly. couldn't ask for anything better than this. thanks so much for having us!!
