Very relaxing, rustic cottage with all the modern touches. Beautiful location I came in early spring, so the trees had no leaves, but the cabin is surrounded by trees with a fire pit. Very nice place for a rest.

What an amazing stay !! Janette was very helpful and very responsive! Super kind and her place was amazing and omg there were so many towels!! The kitchen was full stocked with whatever you would need to cook. The place was so cozy and well decorated, me and my guests had a wonderful time staying and would 10/10 recommend to stay there !! The property is beautiful with a wonderful little creek running through the back porch area just a fantastic place ! Also the master bathroom was insane!! Thanks Janette for a wonderful experience !! We where a group of 9 and it was super comfortable for all of us !

We chose this location for the proximity to Hatcher Family Dairy, as we were going to the robotic milking arm tour. We loved the location of the cabin. It was secluded and peaceful, but thankfully still had wifi and a smart TV for the kids at night. We spent a lot of time watching turkeys and cows from the porch. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.

We made a lot of memories at the cabin! It’s perfect for a family retreat. Room for 7 people comfortably.

All I can say is what WONDERFUL people! I didnt get a chance to meet Lisa, but her husband was a phenomenal man and they were very responsive and helpful! Honestly treated us like family! Great people! 10/10 recommend!! Hopefully in the future we can spend more time with you all! I can Honestly say just hearing her husband talk, they really and truly care about the people they rent to!

Simple place at a great price. Dated but very clean. Super walkable to Vandy and midtown restaurants. I was able to leave my bags at the welcome center at checkout and then pick them up later in the day, Staff at the welcome center, especially Stella, are lovely humans. Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful area.

Great place to stay for a quick girls trip to Nashville. There was so much to do around the area and getting place to place was so easy. We will definitely be staying there again.

We picked this place because we wanted to have a place to stay within walking distance of Broadway St. The space was very clean and safe to walk to and from Broadway at night. The price was fantastic compared to 2 hotel rooms for 2 couples!!! Easy check in and out. Will definitely stay again when in Nashville!

This was an amazing stay! It’s was very cute from the lobby to the room. It was convenient that there was a space to park in next to the entrance during the stay. There were also nice little touches to the room including a snack basket. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Hillside was great! We were in town for a concert, looking for somewhere to stay on a budget, and found Hillside. When we arrived, Angel, the woman at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful and set the tone for our stay. The room was exactly as advertised in the photos: clean and secure. We felt very comfortable and safe at Hillside. Our only complaint was that the walls were thin, and we could hear every time someone walked by outside, but even still, we will stay here again.

This place was amazing. Everything matched the pictures and the standard we were expecting from the reviews, as well as projected hopes/expectations. We spent most of our time outside of the residence, with only one night in. Perfect location. Safe-feeling entry. Up to date and clean. Very nice smelling sheets. The only negative was there was no comfy seating in the family room besides on recliner chair. The couch was for modern-show, but was almost un-sittable while watching a movie. Only barstools for seating after the couch and one recliner chair. I sat in the recliner (super comfy), but I heard the complaints from others trying to get comfortable as we watched "Just Friends".

We really enjoyed our stay. It was such a comfortable space - from the large sectional and the comfy beds, to the upper level patio and large well equipped kitchen it was a great place to relax after exploring and hitting all the great spots Nashville has to offer. The two car garage was also a fantastic perk. Would definitely stay here again.

We will definitely rebook next time we are in Nashville! From easy check-in with step-by-step photo instructions to excellent responsiveness from the host to quick check out process! This place was ideal for our needs as a family of 5 with adult children. The apartment was clean and well maintained with comfy beds (2 beds, roll away and large couch - all very nice). The building was quiet and within walking distance from Broadway and other fun areas! Thank you Joseph and Lindsey for sharing your beautiful place with us!

My group of 7 were in town for a wedding. Rand's Airbnb was perfect for our needs. Super easy check in, the rooms were perfect, bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, and there was a great binder full of local recommendations. If we're ever back in the area we will 100% be staying with Rand again.

We loved staying here! The location is no more than 15-20 minutes away from everything which was great. The WiFi kept going out here and there but any time I messaged her to ask a question, she responded quickly and was so kind. Would stay here again, for sure.

The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and provided EVERYTHING we could have needed. Coffee, bathroom necessities even including toothbrushes! The kitchen, laundry, bedroom were fully equipped with everything needed plus extras. I could not rave more about this peaceful cabin!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.
