The home is well presented in a delightful rural location on a farm, with superb views over the surrounding countryside to the Mourne Mountains. The local town is a short distance away. Ruth the host was helpful and responsive.

I stayed at Stephanie’s place primarily as a place to take some space out and to work as I work online. The cottage is ideal for this. Good WiFi, warm and homely and easy to heat in the winter. I enjoyed my time so much that I will be returning early next year for another stint of work and retreat. The house is not only beautiful but Stephanie is also an extremely kind and caring host. Highly recommend for a short break and also longer term stay.

We had a wonderful stay in the treehouse quirky and very different with excellent views great location for Carlingford and two minutes walk from a friendly local bar extremely dog friendly Padraig went out of his way to meet us and was very responsive and helpful thanks so much Karen Stephen and Jessie 🐶

it was great experience, fran is really friendly, there is no other houses around and its really quiet area , hot tub was great and house was absolutely perfect. we will definitely be back .

Our second stay with Jay and just as enjoyable as the first! Within walking distance of all the local amenities, it provides the perfect base for Tollymore hikes, beach strolls and evening danders along the main street. Already planning my next stay!

We were looking for something away from the city where we could relax in the countryside and Sanchia’s place was just that. Super quiet and such a beautiful and cosy cottage. Exactly what we were looking for to get away from it all. Easy check in/out - 5*

Such a special place , recommended for people who want a quiet restorative experience in the pool and sauna . Favourite memory was sitting in the hot tub star gazing and then later on snow gazing lol. Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing couple of days. Great set up.

This is most definitely the number 1 spot to visit for a romantic getaway. this beautiful cabin in the heart of the woods, over looking the mountains is mind blowing. The hot-tub was astonishing, very prestigious surrounded by trees. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was great! Super easy to access with quick and clear instructions from Jason. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit the wood and fire starters supplied made the experience very simple.

This wee cabin is like something out of the movies . Beautiful surroundings and gorgeous cabin . We had planned to go out and about when we got there but we just wanted to make the most and didn’t want to leave! Pictures really don’t do it justice. Amy was helpful and responsive. Wished we had booked two nights . There’s plenty to do in the surrounding areas We took Amy’s recommendation and did the cave tour after we checked out . Perfect finish to a night away !

Sue and Mick are wonderful hosts - we went to them after a long flight with a toddler and I couldn’t recommend their place enough for a big recovery sleep. The bedroom has blackout blinds and a comfy bed, and the area is wonderfully quiet and tranquil. Sue was so helpful, and had left some supplies for us and everything. Our toddler adored the friendly cats and seeing the animals, lots of space to run around outside. We will hopefully be back next time we land into Dublin!! Thanks so much!

Absolutely blown away with this experience. Having stayed at many pods before, this one exceeded our expectations. The music on arrival, with an unexpected Christmas tree, created a warm welcome. The quality of the items provided, e.g. linen, towels, toiletries, not to mention snacks and drinks, really shows the care and thought Kevin has put in as a host. Would highly recommend, and look forward to our return.

Stayed on a stormy night so we didn’t get the full day or was able to enjoy the meadows! But over all a very nice stay, nice hot tub and very responsive host. Lovely touch on offering milk, chocolate and Prosecco on arrival!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Sibin. So peaceful and quite. Ted was an amazing host really welcoming and helpful.

My partner and I really enjoyed our time in the cosy crann. It was everything and more to what we expected. The hot tub and sauna were perfectly clean and worked above standard! We (family of four) stayed in Ashleigh and Micks lovely cottage for a week. The cottage is very private with beautiful countryside views. It is really nicely decorated, and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen which was very well equipped, with all utensils, an oven, hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Communication in advance of visiting was very clear and we easily found the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it - thanks very much Ashleigh and Mick!

The cutest home away from home. It was such a lovely stay. Perfect place for two. All the amenities that you could need for a weekend getaway. Very cozy, and warm! We absolutely loved that it was such a unique experience staying in a container. It is in a very good location for east Cork. If/when we ever make it down to Cork again, we absolutely would want to stay here again! Thanks again Nollaig for being such a gracious, knowledgeable and kind host!!

This place was amazing! We went out of our route a little bit to stay here at the Hobbit House & I am glad that we did! Jesse was a phenomenal hostess. We enjoyed the conversation & the amazing apple juice. The bed was super comfy. We loved the apple orchard & peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend! Would definitely visit here again if ever back in Ireland!
