New studio apartment located just 7 minutes south of Silicon Slopes and a mall. 5 minutes from the heart of booming Lehi and it's many restaurants and activities. Easy freeway access, a cul-de-sac, with off-street parking. Located in the basement of our home. We have installed soundproofing throughout the entire space but you will hear our children off and on throughout the day. It will be quiet between the hours of 9:30p-7:30a. You may hear babies occasionally during the night.

UVU is 15 minutes away, BYU campus is 30 minutes, and Sundance Ski Resort is 23 miles away. The suite is not wheelchair accessible because of rock steps to the entrance. See photos.

(No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please don't book if this is an issue!)

Peaceful gem in silicone slopes with beautiful Mountain Views. This two bedroom/one bath basement apartment has a private patio and there is a beautiful gazebo on the property, which backs up to one of the last open fields in Lehi. Recently finished basement, modern design with all the amenities including a full size washer and dryer. Bathroom has large shower and relaxing fan with Bluetooth capabilities. Can sleep up to 10.
