Waterfront vacation rentals in Leeds and the Thousand Islands

Randa Catherine's apartment is in a great part of town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very clear instructions, would recommend for a short stay.

Had a great time, spotless place that looked exactly like the pictures, and the view was incredible. We spend a lot of time at the river during summer months , first time in a long while that we’ve been there in the winter, the apartment was cozy and nice considering the temperatures outdoors were “cold”.

We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

Finbar’s place was perfect for a long weekend getaway! The house was perfectly decorated, clean and had everything we needed. Our favourite part was the dart board and record player downstairs! Finbar was very accommodating and helpful, would highly recommend!!

We loved staying at the river house. Beautiful view of the river and comfy accommodations. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful- even bringing over flowers for Thanksgiving. The place was nicely decorated for the season. When it snowed, they brought over some sleds for the kids. I would love to come back in the summer! Only drawbacks were that the heating was a bit uneven in the main room with all of the windows, but it warmed up nicely with a fire in the fireplace- which is a great touch. The water smells very sulphur-y, but that’s common in wells near the river. Being from the area originally it didn’t bother me too much. Thank you Cassie and Shana! We had a great time.

12 of us has a great stay at the Montauk for a birthday celebration. The house had lots of room and was very comfortable and had a gorgeous view. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to PEC. Not a far drive to great restaurants and wineries. We loved our visit!

This was an amazing experience. We loved how well kept and modern all the utilities and decor was. Our pets felt right at home the location was beautiful and easy to find and get too! Erik and Liseanne were impeccable hosts that are easy to reach, responsive and kind. Totally going back there, already planning it!

From the very beginning, Tim was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions immediately. I knew what to expect as soon as I walked in. The house fit 2 families and 2 large lazy dogs without feeling cramped. Having water access was amazing, the kids fished all day while the parents enjoyed time on the patio. The kids were able to take kayaks out to fish as well. The water grass made it a little difficult to keep an eye on the kids from the patio area, but not enough to be a problem. The water is very shallow but we were able to park our rented boat (Mac's Boat Rental-super awesome to the kids) without a problem. This house is exactly what we were looking for; private, waterfront and allowed dogs heavier that 20lbs-which is difficult to find. This house was a gem and we will gladly rent again! Thanks Tim!

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

Very nice house, spacious for large groups, very cozy. Very good communication with the host, answers online to all the concerns that one may have. It has a nice view of the river, a house with many amenities, I would definitely return. Thank you very much!

We had a great fall family getaway here. The view of the sand dunes was spectacular, the house was spacious and comfortable, and the trails in sandbanks were a short walk away. We enjoyed the waterfront backyard, and property. The house is a short drive from the amenities in Bloomfield, and was the perfect space for a relaxing getaway. We loved the space so much that we plan to re book in the near future. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a spot just outside the busier town strips in Bloomfield, Picton and Wellington. Thanks!
