Great suite. New, spotless and quiet. Jon was friendly and answered questions promptly. Loved the location with close access to new shopping area. Really appreciated that it was pet friendly and Jon had it ready for us to check in a bit early which was very helpful. I highly recommend this suite and would stay again! Thanks again Jon!

Excellent AirBnB, the space was clean and spacious, perfect for our group of 5. The location was convenient and near to grocery stores, department stores, and coffee shops/resteraunts. Hilly was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive.

I stayed for two weeks while doing a course and exams for work in Nisku. Yalin and Rick’s place is an excellent option instead of paying for a hotel in Nisku. Having a whole basement unit to myself was much more preferable to living in a hotel for 2 weeks. Very convenient location as they are about a 2 min drive from the highway and less than 10 minutes from grocery stores, 10 minutes to Nisku or the airport, easy access to where ever you want to be in the city of Edmonton as well. The home was quiet, spotless, tidy, comfortable, well set up, and there was a parking spot available in the driveway. Rick and Yalin are also very kind! They were accommodating to me checking out late, offered me food, very responsive within the app, and very pleasant and personable when I met them a few times at the house. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed at Vincent’s for a month. Right from walking into the AirbNB we were welcomed to a pristine apartment, fully equipped with everything you will need as well as extra items. Vincent is very communicative and available to answer any questions. It is very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend to stay here. If we could rate it a 6 out of 5 we would as that’s how pleased we were. Thank you again for hosting us.

Great airbnb! Very nice hot tub and super clean. The only downside was the camera pointed towards the hot tub. I don’t mind outdoor cameras, but it did deter us from using it. The location is very easy to get to if you have a vehicle and there was lots of parking. We found the neighbourhood to be quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very spacious home if you have multiple guests. I would recommend it to my friends and family. The host responds super quickly, and kindly let us come back and pick up a pair of headphones we had left behind.

The instructions given for entry / exit were very clear. Host was responsive to all messages. Clear rules written out and the interior of the home was very clean and furnished above and beyond. Thank you and if we return to Edmonton we look forward to a future stay!

I very much enjoyed my stay. Place is tidy, private and comfortable. If for nothing else stay here for the shower 👌🏽 walking distance to some stores-Italian center! And restaurants/pub. Friendly hosts :) I recommend and will book here again when needing to stay on this end of town

Wonderful spot for a family, plenty of comfortable spots to sleep. Has everything you need and a great location. Love that all the bedrooms are upstairs, away from the main living area so no worries about staying up later and being too loud for kids sleeping. Dawn went above and beyond with the personal touches. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay again!

Absolutely outstanding stay! The host Amir went above and beyond — it was the little details that made all the difference. From the thoughtful items in the pantry to the beautifully folded paper flower on the toilet paper, every touch showed true pride of ownership. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and felt incredibly welcoming. You can tell the host genuinely cares about the guest experience, and Amir made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommend — would definitely stay again!

The place was very nice and had all that we needed, we felt at home. The host was great and responsive and helpful. We would stay again, only hiccup was a rush to clean which delayed our checkin and then after we did get in you could see some areas were overlooked due to the rush. Other than that we were happy with the place and host.

The home was well equipped, clean and accommodated all of our needs. The owner was very attentive to any concerns (which aren’t any). Being in a new community having a vehicle is a must, but we never felt too far away from anything. The home is within 15 minutes of a some shopping area, 28 minutes from West Edmonton Mall .In general we enjoyed staying at Michael’s place.

I have stayed here before and would stay again. Very clean and friendly. I am a taller guy and the ceiling mentioned in other comments was not a problem. A short drive to get to the city and a nice quiet place to stay. The kitchen had everything and more which was fantastic.

Unique place to stay. The cabin was rustic looking and had all the amenities a person could want. Beautiful shower. The App was way wrong on where this place was located. We needed to drive an extra half hour needlessly. Fortunately we were able to get a hold of Michael quickly. This should be corrected promptly.
