Very helpful owner. Centrally located and well-served by public transport. Area full of clubs but the house is very quiet. Well-equipped kitchen. Supplied with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Very cute accommodation and just as pleasant, as described, I was afraid of environmental noises due to the fact that it is near the train station, and bus station, but absolutely not disturbed by traffic despite having a light sleep, everything went well, just be more curious than I was and don't do like me who took the freezer for the fridge ^^. when to the host, Anthony remains available, accommodating and responsive to exchanges, I recommend!

Benoît's apartment is well located, spacious enough to be to several friends without walking on it. We were able to rest in good conditions However we had a cold in the accommodation the heating was not on?

Cleaning not done on arrival but very responsive host who sent an emergency agent and refunded me a little more than the cleaning fee. Otherwise the apartment is very beautiful, well furnished and equipped, ideally located!

If I could give 10 stars, I would give a 10. Claudine's place is absolutely amazing. Tidy and clean, well furbished. The house has everything you expect (and you don't expect) to have. The house is conveniently situated within 20 minutes driving distance from Mont St Michel and St Malo. Claudine is also very friendly and came to greet us in person. This is definitely one of the best (if not the best) AirBNB I have ever stayed in.

2 night stay with friends. Easy check-in, no waste of time when handing over keys. Clean accommodation, beds made , bath towels in number (it was just missing a few tea towels and sponges ), wood available for the small fire, very well equipped kitchen (various and varied dishes). Host in the listing right next door but absolute discretion, key exchange at quick checkout. Very pleasant stay in a very cocooning accommodation...excellent for our stay with girls.

Very comfortable little house, our family of four with a dog felt very comfortable, square and play area nearby. Tastefully renovated house!!! Excellent!!!

The place was very clean, functional, and friendly. Access and communication were very easy. It takes a 30/40-minute walk to the center.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. The place was very clean, bed very comfortable, and lovely modern kitchen which had everything we needed including a dishwasher, coffee machine etc. There was a huge TV and comfy sofa. Lots of fun and quirky touches in the house which made us smile. Lovely view from the bedroom window and if you get up early enough you can see a beautiful sunrise. There is a shared path through the garden to another adjoining house, this was not a problem for us as the couple staying there were very respectful when they passed our windows. It is a very peaceful, beautiful and quiet area, which we loved. Communication with Franck was very good and helpful. He texts in French, which was no problem for us (although we were sometimes a bit slow), but he also responds via Airbnb if you prefer (which automatically translates). Good location for access to various towns, supermarkets, gardens and parks. We would highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely weekend with friends at Armelle. The house is very welcoming, tastefully remodeled, very clean and very well-equipped. The view of the horses is very peaceful and the hot tub a real plus. Communication was very easy with Armelle. I recommend it without moderation! Again, thank you for this quiet break.

Great stay at Maelys's! The apartment is perfect, large, very well-equipped, perfectly clean. The bedding is comfortable. The building is very quiet as is the neighborhood. Located a 10-minute drive from Rennes city center. There are just linens and hand towels to bring.

Very well located accommodation to go to the city center of Vitré on foot. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. We will return during our next visit to Vitré.
