Adorable cottage! Especially the downstairs half bath! Very well appointed. Didn’t even know this area existed. We didn’t experience much around the area as we had other plans but we loved the fire pit. And enjoyed sitting outside on the cool fall evening in the peace and quiet.

Little House on Lincoln was just perfect for out trip to the Hershey RV show. The house was well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend.

My sister and I enjoyed the weekend here with our 4 kiddos. Perfect space for the 6 of us. Hot tub was a super plus. Kids loved the air hockey table. Amenities were great. Host was quick with responses and also assisted with some hot water concerns we had when showering. Overall a great place for a winter getaway with family. Thank you for having us.

great place to stay in a really nice location. The large property was beautiful and quiet, making it a great place to relax in peace. It was secluded enough to feel away from everything, but close enough to the local attractions that it was not inconvenient in any way. The host was very nice and responsive. I would recommend this place.

It's a great house with a lot of space. If you were doing a family trip to Hershey, you couldn't find a better spot than this. Would definitely recommend it.

Stacy was an impeccable host. From check in there were thoughtful touches throughout the home. A snack tray for the kids, a well appointed and stocked kitchen, smart labels for everything and thoughtful amenities in each bathroom. We were a large group (4 kids and 4 adults) and we felt comfortable, at home and really well taken care of. The house itself is gorgeous. It’s so well laid out. The hostess, Stacy, really went above and beyond- with ideas and suggestions, to tips and tricks to make the most of the house. It was a top tier airBnB experience. We can’t wait to come back ! We stayed here with 2 other families. Our host was incredible and very accommodating. Our children were all girls and they are all on the spectrum, and yet they absolutely loved it! It was like a fairy tale. The beds were very clean and comfortable and so were the bathrooms and kitchen, the details were amazing. The heat situation is a bit of an issue. It’s radiator heaters and it’s a 3 story house so you’re going to have to adjust accordingly. Because it will be very hot upstairs. Specially at night. Other than that it’s absolutely perfect. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Hershey.

Beautiful peaceful setting for a quiet weekend catching up with friends. Home was warm and cozy and accurately mirrored the pics in the listing. We would love to come back to enjoy a warm summer weekend.

Rowan is an amazing host. The house was perfect, warm, charming. Rowan took the extra step of leaving breakfast items from the local businesses and her farm ready for us. Rowan also has a farm shop on the property and delivered steaks from her shop to the house while we were away for the day. The house is stocked with anything you could need to make your stay pleasant. It was so relaxing, I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the property on this visit. We will definitely be back!

The house was exquisite! Despite having other activities in the area for the weekend, the house became the focal point and was what everyone kept talking about. Matches the pictures with the beautiful inside, and there was so much to do! Hottub, trampoline, kayaking, pool/pingpong, we were able to take advantage of a lot. On top of all that, Jordan was quick to respond, was very friendly, and laid everything out easily so we had no issues getting there or in the house or handling anything there. The biggest take away from our weekend was everyone individual wanting to comeback with their family or other friends!

This place was so adorable and so clean! It was easy to put the code in and get inside. And have an off street parking spot was really great. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely stay here again in the future!

This farmhouse is beautiful and clean. Exactly like the photos. Parking is easy, Kayla was a great communicator and we had a great stay. Couldn't really have asked for more. We only had a couple people in the home but it would be great for bigger groups. Would recommend having a car as there is nothing immediately nearby in walking distance.

This week was spent working out of town and our 5th time staying at this house. It is immaculate upon arrival, close to where we are working, private, quiet and just as described! I would highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our weekend here and would come back again! The hiking trails were great to explore the woods behind the property!

Perfect tiny home for couples! The inside was very clean. They left us with firewood for the fire pit, little treats on kitchen table upon arrival. My gf absolutely loved it. Only 25 min from Shady Maple Smorgasbord, which I highly recommend! Would 100% go back!

An incredible retreat steps away from the Appalachian trail! Mike has thoughtfully designed the cabin and we had several great dinners and game nights around the kitchen table and fireplace. Incredibly thoughtful and responsive host.

We loved our stay, it was an idyllic spot fot us when visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving!

Very clean, modern, safe and secure with all amenities we needed. Though our stay was brief, would like to return again in The future. Side note: The Hershey Spice Indian & Nepali cuisine restaurant 1/2 mile away was phenomenal!!

my family and I love the stay, Trisha left some eggs for us and helped a lot when I arrive the kiddos were hungry hungry a d d those eggs saved us. A lot of rooms and bathrooms, we enjoyed playing cards with the family at the huge dine in table. Trisha was very helpful and easy to communicate. my family and I love the stay ❤️

Quiet. This describes the stay. If you’re looking to camp at a place that you don’t have to deal with people walking through your site, golf carts driving by all night and partying neighbors then this is your spot. Views are amazing and did I mention it’s quiet? We had the choice between a popular campground nearby and William’s property. We rolled the dice based on the reviews and were not disappointed. My kids were talking about coming back next year. Thanks William for the great weekend.

The apartment was exactly as described. Barthel was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great and it was spacious for our family.

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and perfect for a stay close-by to Hershey. It's a little tricky finding the location at night, once you are on the nearby road, but Soe left the light on out front, which helped us know we were in the right place. The house has everything you could think of needing, including extra towels and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/plates, utensils, etc. to make cooking at 'home' a breeze. Soe provided k-cups for the Keurig, but he also has a regular coffee pit if that's your preference, bring your own coffee, and creamer ;-) We'll definitely book this house again on future trips to PA!
