Well equipped, comfortable, and spotless place… location is very peaceful and serene… Overall we had a great stay! Few nitpicks to note: 1. Hard to comprehend from pictures alone how low the lake is. There really is no lake access at this time. 2. Not sure I would call “private”. Hosts live upstairs and have a full view of the patio area. Not an issue for us (and hosts are unobtrusive and very friendly) but could be for some 3. I’m very picky about light bulbs so this is a personal preference, but the light bulbs are very bright white LEDs which, in my view, takes away from an otherwise warm space.

The Old Stick Farm is a hidden gem! The place is beautifully arranged with eclectic furniture and decorations that give it a unique, cozy ranch vibe. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and unwind. The goats were a highlight, especially for the kids—they had so much fun interacting with them! If you're looking for a charming and comfortable stay with a touch of fun, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay at a great home! Steven was a great host and quick to respond. Gave great recommendations. The House is located in a great neighbourhood. You can walk to the nearby restaurants or head across the river to downtown.

Living Water is a gem among gems! Simply walking the property and exploring the villa was an enjoyable experience- there is so much to see. The villa felt like a dream-home. If you see an opportunity to stay at this home, TAKE IT! Finally, the owner Travis was the perfect host. he reached out well ahead of my stay to offer assistance and suggestions, and was available on the day of my arrival when I needed him.

Enjoyed another great stay! Robert is a great host. Very responsive and made sure everything was ready when we arrived. I would highly recommend as this house is perfect with both layout and amenities as well as location. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Austin!

Where do I even begin, the property is absolutely amazing. There’s so much to do and look at. Our one night stay did not do it justice!! The house is very cozy and had everything we needed during our stay. The sport courts also had most of the equipment to play such as basketballs, footballs, tennis balls, etc. The bison that roam around behind the fence are cool to look at. There’s a very cute treehouse on the property that you can walk around in. Our party of 12 had no issues with finding things to do. I will say the only nitpick we had was the WiFi inside the house isn’t very strong. At times we would get disconnected completely, but perhaps it’s because we had so many people trying to connect? Regardless it wasn’t that big of an issue and we very much enjoyed our stay. The real star of the show is the host, Sandi! She was so attentive and responsive. Helpful in any way possible and always at the ready if we ever needed anything. Extremely sweet and a delight to talk to.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this huge house. It was easy to get to. Instruction from George was very clear and he was also very responsive. We were impressed about how clean the place was. It was very spacious, just like the description. We didn't have a big group but we truly appreciated it for us to enjoy our family time. Our fur babies had a great time too. House was so big, they had place to run and play. Back yard was a great size for the dogs to do their business and run as well. The neighbor had at least two big dogs, and seemed very friendly. With fence yard, my two small dogs felt very safe. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the young kid enjoyed his "man cave" (garage). He just slept there, having the TV for himself and playing pool. We spent 3 nights there. Water was hot for showering, AC was great. Everything works. Though the items George provides were not some high quality stuff, but all the essentials were provided. We didn't have any problem.

Our stay at this Airbnb during our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin was absolutely fantastic. The home was not only comfortable but also conveniently located, allowing us to easily navigate the city and attend all the graduation events without any hassle. What truly set this Airbnb apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay and gave some great suggestions on places to eat. But what truly blew us away was her responsiveness to our request to look for our forgotten sunglasses. She found out sunglasses and promptly shipped them to us. It's these little gestures of thoughtfulness that truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Comfortable accommodations, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home.

Beautiful private house, super modern and great WiFi. Fit my friends and I comfortably and created a good environment. It was walkable to the downtown area and was very close to a nice trail that goes under Congress Bridge, which made it great to run or walk in the mornings for some sight seeing and boating. The host was great and always responded fast!

Aaron’s place checked every box. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and activities in walking distance, including Zilker Park and the River Trail. The space is comfortable, modern, and very well equipped. Aaron is very accommodating and responsive. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

The studio is spacious and bright and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the artwork is eclectic and fun.

I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at Brunson’s place, so that says it all. It has been our home-away-from home in Austin, very conveniently located, clean, and a great host. We will certainly be staying there again!

We enjoyed this lovely oasis and escape from the crowds in Austin. I would love to return for a few days to enjoy the outdoor grill, shaded patio and refreshing pool.

Can't say enough how nice this property is. Located in a secluded neighborhood, there are 2 HEB grocery stores within a 5 minute drive as well as restaurants. Hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. As nice as the pictures and description are, we really felt like home during our stay. Thank you Todd and Darlene for sharing such a nice place

The home was lovely—clean, cozy, and welcoming. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay, and the backyard was a perfect spot for our family gatherings. We especially appreciated how detailed and clear the house manual was; it made things like turning on the hot tub straightforward and stress-free. Amy was also incredibly responsive and communicative, which made the entire experience seamless. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our family to enjoy!

This air BnB is perfect for large groups who are looking for a place that can house everyone comfortably (everyone has their own bed), is close (walking distance or cheap Uber ride if you’re lazy lol) to many great restaurants and bars, and has great amenities at the house for days you decide to stay in (e.g. nice pool with patio and plenty of outside seating, a grill, speaker, etc.). The host was also very responsive and corrected any unintentional issues swiftly (e.g. we discovered the charging cable for the speaker was missing and we couldn’t use it and the host quickly received our message and delivered a new one within an hour or two). Lastly, the host super easy to work with and went out of her way to ensure we had an amazing stay (e.g. the host accommodated our last minute request to check in early which was super helpful considering all of us flew into Austin and the host also periodically checked in on us via text to ensure we always had everything we needed).

It's awesome experience in the beautiful house and neighborhood.

Great house! Perfect location for exploring South Congress and First Streets. Very close to downtown. The backyard is well landscaped and the pool was great after a long day at COTA. Will rent again next time we are in town. Thanks!

5 stars!! Highly recommend this property!! My family and I were very impressed with the house and all it has to offer. We enjoyed hours in the pool and the backyard was very large and spacious. The house is very beautiful comfortable. The house is perfect for a family with children, as it is STOCKED with toys , books, games and a pack-n-play. Check in and out was very easy. Valeska is the perfect hostess. She is easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. My only complaint is that the weekend went by way too fast and we were not ready to leave :( We are looking forward to booking again .
