Amazing apartment hidden away amongst old buildings but with Yael's crystal clear instructions we found it with no problems. The apartment is very spacious but the efficient heating system meant we were very warm and cosy. Yael kindly allowed us to access the apartment a little earlier than 5 pm which was very helpful as our flight in from the UK was quite early. The apartment is so close, walking distance, to most of the sights of Bordeaux. Couldn't have been happier with the apartment, the situation and the host. We loved our weekend stay in beautiful Bordeaux even though we chose a very stormy few days but such a fabulous Christmassy atmosphere in all the little shops, cafes, bars and restaurants it did not deter us from having a lovely weekend break. Thanks Yael, for your help!

Beautiful quiet apartment, very clean, with open views of a small lake. All 5 minutes from Bordeaux Exhibition Park. Sandrine welcomed us very warmly, and was able to meet our travel constraints. We'll be back soon.

We were pleased with our stay at Gregory & Chloe's home. The property was exactly as described in the listing, and just like in the photos. It’s centrally located, with easy access to transportation, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to most places.The house was very clean, and everything we needed was available. The bed linens and bathroom textiles were tasteful and spotless. The only minor issue was the typical French preference for a single toilet—this house seems suitable for adding an additional one. They were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. Ingrid, in particular, was helpful&responsive to all questions.We had no issues with heating or hot water. However, one potential downside is the street noise. Even during winter, with the windows closed, the noise level could occasionally wake you up. That said, there are earplugs provided in the house, which is a thoughtful touch.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, I would definitere commend it.

The neighborhood is very quiet (the proximity to the train station can't be heard at all), 10 minutes from the center and the beach, next to a supermarket. The building is brand new, the apartment very clean, convenient and spacious. Thank you very much!

The accommodation complies with the description. Quiet and peaceful residence Private parking space. The owners are friendly and available. They offer smart plans nearby. I recommend. There's nothing missing in the space.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. We spent 5 days in Bordeaux and the apartment was right in the middle of the old part of town. Everywhere was walkable or a short tram ride away. Lots of restaurants, cafés and bars and cool things to see. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot for a family trip, walkable distance from beach.

Guillaume welcomed us with great kindness, always very specific in his explanations. We had an apprehension about the college located behind the house but we were quickly reassured, and even benefited from the calm and garden, well protected between the college, and a few houses on the other side ... It is a great house to recharge your batteries, and enjoy the Landes, go to the Basque Country, and go up on the other side via Cap-Ferret. It's a little corner of Paris.

Charming house , well decorated, perfect for a family of 5, very very well located with easy access to beaches and restaurants Teens/young adults can easily reach bars and places to go by bike. The terrace and garden are very spacious for aperitifs and dinners with friends. The back bedroom also overlooks a small terrace which makes it spacious and well ventilated. We had a great week!

Nice house, nice location. The only negative comment is that we were surprised we had to bring our own towels (for a family of 4)luckily we were driving..

We were 2 families with 4 kids and 2 babies, and really needed a break. Stephanie’s house provided this perfectly, especially since her cleaning service was so good. Manager Florence was very helpful with all our needs. No baby beds, but enough spare beds to craft safe beds on floors for the babies. We had a wonderful time. Thanks. Regarding the location, easy walk from train, if you hire electric bikes you can go anywhere. Or just walking around you have everything you need.

Had a great time in Bordeaux staying at Marc’s place, has everything you need. Located perfectly, halfway between the train station and the city centre. Would stay again

We had a great time staying at Sylvie's apartment. Sylvie is a really caring host who makes sure that her guests are comfortable and have all the tips to discover beautiful Arcachon. The apartment is very well located, clean and functional. We would highly recommend it.
