Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

My accommodation, completely and finely renovated, is close to Stazione S.M-N., Garage Europa, Porta a Prato, Ponte Vecchio, etc... You'll love it for the comforts of it and its strategic location in the heart of downtown. Located in an area full of every service, under the house you can find all the sharing cars, bars, restaurants, and everything you need. We (7 friends) enjoyed staying at the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She sent us a lot of tips about the area (including the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed something, an answer came very quickly. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. There is plenty of parking space. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

We had a lovely stay in Sommocolonia! Nice small apartment with balcony and everything we needed in the house. Despite the central location in the middle of the village it was very quiet in the evening. Lots to do in the surroundings, such as hiking, canyoning, caves, swimming, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Loved Barga a lovely small town 15 minutes drive down the hill.

We visited Florence for a week and this was the perfect place. The co-host Rachele was very responsive and friendly. She helped us almost immediately when we had trouble with hot water or using the washing machine. I would definitely recommend this place and host. Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

The apartment is very central and is located directly on the beach. Everything necessary is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication with Guglielmo was always straightforward and prompt. His parents - who look after the property - are warm, loving and put a lot of effort into a pleasant stay. We all liked Case del Mare very much and made our vacation on the coast of Tuscany unforgettable. We'd love to come back. Thank you very much.

Perfect Easter in Siena! The apartment is beautiful, new, with attention to design and very comfortable. The terrace is really beautiful, ideal for enjoying Sienese evenings in total relaxation, too bad we didn't take full advantage of it due to the weather! It is in a convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Campo, and with an easily accessible parking lot 7 minutes away. Quick and easy check-in, the hosts were attentive and precise, available for every need. Highly recommended, especially for a peaceful and stylish stay within walking distance of the center!
