Vacation rentals in Le Prese

The place was in a great location for water sports. Communication with Stefano was very easy and flexible, as was the checkout. Also noteworthy was the private parking space and the space offered to you in and around the property. We will be back!:)

Stayed only for one night since we are going to ride Bernina Express. The condo is in a good location, near the bus stop, Bernina express station, restaurants and shops but you have to use stairs to reach it. The instruction to reach the condo is very detailed which really helped a lot. It is newly renovated and very clean. Spacious space and the beds are very comfortable. The place feels like you are in an expensive hotel! Having a washer is a plus!! We will definitely book again given a chance.

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

Very available owner for any need, optimal location for both scenic beauty and travel, in addition if hiking enthusiasts there are an reckless number of trails in the surrounding area. The apartment is very nice and tidy, it has everything you need to stay in peace, and the entire kitchen has new dishes and appliances. Finally, the internal parking is very convenient. Highly recommended

Nice stay in the heart of Lecco, restaurants and port at walking distance, cities as Como and Milano in less then an hour driving distance. The air bnb is cosy and quiet.

Stayed here for five nights. Bellano is really beautiful and this is a great location to sit and look over the town. It is quiet and clean, check in and check out is a breeze, and it's all at a good price. It was great having a washer, as well as all the other amenities provided. I would definitely recommend some mode of transportation to at least get up and down the hill. I rented an Ebike from DM Ebike Bellano Rental which made getting around a breeze. Even getting to and from other towns on the lake can be stressful because the trains only run so late, and it can be tricky for a visitor to figure out which platform to board on

House clean,spacious and warm. The location is great, two minutes from downtown, and very close to the bus stop. We often travel, and finding such a quiet home is an absolute rarity. I definitely recommend this place to stay. Thanks Elena.

Really enjoyed this glamping experience. The staff are extremely friendly. Bathrooms are clean. If you want to do laundry, make sure you bring your own detergent

Great stay in an absolutely great location. By skipping the busiest parts of Lake Como (Bellagio and Como), we afforded ourselves a great deal in a super peaceful environment. The views of the lake are truly breathtaking....which we enjoyed daily from the balcony. The area is rustic and charming, with a terrific cafe at your front door (Umberto is a wonderful host!)...and another 5+ restaurants within walking distance. The drive to Bellagio and Como is no more than 30 minutes and Lecco is half that...we also ventured to the charming nearby wine country that was only 1 hour away. Very spacious accommodations with most everything you might need....and super large grocery stores nearby for anything you may have forgotten. Rafaella was super helpful and very communicative. All in all, an excellent stay, a great value and a place you'll remember for years to come!
