Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Modern home With Parisian charm. Great for our 6 adults. Quiet residential street. Plenty of space in home. All bedrooms require stairs to access-either up or down. Primary bedroom is at top level -great lighting and wonderful breeze with windows open (could be warm in the hotter months). Primary bedroom is spacious and comfortable but not completely “private” (to US expectations) because it is somewhat of a loft-type remodeled “attic” type space. 4 bedrooms on second level and one on basement/garden level. All beds were comfy/queen sized.Home was well stocked with essentials -soap, toilet paper, towels, and morning coffee/expresso. Home has private gated driveway. Gate entrance was small so our larger van didn’t fit. We were able to park on street. Spaces are metered (although we didn’t pay and luckily never got ticketed) Best for small car or crossover SUV. Local Market, shops, restaurants, and River Seine in walking distance. Great location for access to Paris. Great host!

Damien is a very welcoming and available host. The accommodation is luxurious and clean. As for the garden, it is a small haven of peace out of sight. I recommend it!

What an absolutely fabulous home Emeric has allowed us to stay in. Everything in the apartment is first class, there are so many extraordinary, eclectic pieces to captivate the imagination, you really know you’re in Paris - the view of the Eiffel Tower is even better than in the photographs. Emeric himself is a gem. He was so welcoming, helpful & kind explaining everything in detail, taking so much time to welcome us & even came to help us with our bags when we left. Emeric answered any queries within minutes & helped us with booking appointments- as we don’t speak French. I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable home which is surrounded by restaurants & public transport. Thank you Emeric for all your help. We loved our stay. Lee, John & Judy

Sebastian’s place was the PERFECT place to stay during the closing weekend of the Olympics. We were within walking distance of many of the most exciting Arrondisements and all of Paris’ sights and sounds and were a block away from the metro to get anywhere we needed to in the city. Sebastian was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend his apartment for anyone looking to stay in a fun and vibrant neighborhood in the City of Love.

Diane’s place was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable - lots of grocery stores and great restaurants, bars and cafes. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Everything was great - Diane was lovely and so helpful. She was very understanding and kind - I had to add another person to our reservation for part of the trip and she was so accommodating. Also we were not feeling well the day we left and Diane was very patient with us and gave us as much time as possible to get out of the apartment. We had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Cozy and very quiet house, neighborhood with all the necessary services (supermarkets, bakers, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee). Great location for the S. Fargeau metro that allows you to get around Paris easily. Fabien was an attentive and very kind host. Recommended location!

The apartment was excellent and the host was responsive to anything we needed. Contemporary art and many moods of lighting were welcome to return to after many miles visiting museums, monuments and shops. TV and WiFi worked. The building and apartment were very secure, right down from the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro. I unequivocally recommend this Luxurious Apartment.

We really really loved our stay in the appartement! The home was an oasis of calm, relaxation, and amazingly styled! It felt very inspiring to be in the space and we loved the character and love that was clearly put into the home! Extremely clean bedlinnen, and spacious place in the middle of the 16th.

A big thank you to Antsa for her very jovial welcome. We had a super warm stay in his villa. Very modern villa design and beautiful. Very well equipped, very well located. and the hosts are very accommodating, responsive when needed. I highly recommend this villa for a stay with family it is the ideal place to meet there. We child was super happy because full of children's games available there is really nothing to be bored.

The villa is very luxurious, all the rooms were impeccable and original worthy of its name. I highly recommend, great for celebrating an event and dazzling every guest. I thank the host who was kind and very flexible with our requests. It made it easy for us to plan and made it easy for us to prepare. For a future event we will without hesitation choose this very cozy place.

This place was beautiful. The host were amazing very responsive and help. My family and I will return soon. This place has privacy and very peaceful. Great for family or big group of 8 or 10. When we come back this is the place we want to be. Thanks for everything.

Ben’s place is located in Enghein Les Bains, one of the most posh Paris suburb which can easily commute to Paris within 10 mins. The villa itself is 5 mins walk to the train station (Deuil-la-Barre) and everything including enghein city, supermarkets and restaurants. I am quite familiar with Paris and I always feel like booking something at Enghein Les bains, Villa itself is nice and spacious. we walked through roads full of flowers and roses. Ben is very friendly, flexible and responsive. I don’t have any hesitation to recommend it to anyone

Matthieu and Pauline's house is beautiful, spacious and offers games for all ages. Matthieu is a very nice, communicative and very responsive host. It's nice to have a host who makes every effort to make you feel at home. He is attentive, which allows you to have a very pleasant stay.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Thank you for letting us stay at your place. We had a massive group of 11 guest (2 were kids). Big space to run around. Host extremely friendly and will meet you at check in to give a tour around the house. During our stay, we asked for sewing kit and the host came to pass it to us. Very lovely.
