Vacation rentals with a patio in Le Poinçonnet

Great accommodation, clean and in a good location, I would only recommend taking a pair of Qies balls with you because the room on the boulevard side is noisy.

Very well located accommodation in the city center. Large rooms, the apartment stays cool despite the high temperatures! And remains well soundproofed anyway during the Darc festival. Note: the smell of cellar (not grime!) disappears when you ventilate the apartment (it is an old townhouse that keeps its charm). The shared courtyard deserved maintenance.

This became my home away from home whilst I was working at the Olympic Games. An absolute perfect apartment for me to switch off in after a long day working. Jérôme was a brilliant host, responsive and helpful - the amenities inside were all I needed and I honestly hope to come back again one day - if I do, I'll be booking here again.

Very nice house very clean with perfect bedding we had a very nice stay with the family we recommend this address to all people who want to discover the Brenne on foot or by bike. They are available by the owners. A very large garden awaits you as well as a pond at the bottom of it is available which adds a charm to this little cocoon. Very available and very nice hosts.

Too bad there are only five stars, because this stay is definitely worth another star! What a beautiful welcome world of culture, art, beautiful materials, perfection. A warm jacket all around you. An authentic cour with beautiful southern plants, where it is wonderful to be outdoors, in the middle of the city. A breath of fresh air, a quiet private world, with all the privacy you wish for. This is my second time staying at Gaëlle's and again everything went very well, the house is great , well located , well equipped and clean . Gaëlle is very nice and responsive , nothing to say I would surely go back with great pleasure . Thank you for hosting us

The stay went very well. Perfect location, close to the city center and train station but very quiet. Well decorated house, equipped kitchen, comfort.

We had a lovely 8 days. Living room, dining / kitchen are rather large and well equipped. The number of bedrooms was satisfactory for us 8, the 2 downstairs bedrooms being larger and benefiting from their own shower room. The east/west exposure of the house makes it clear and you protect yourself from the heat by closing the shutters on either side. The outdoor spaces are really good: large terrace with two tables and umbrellas for eating out, and large lawn to feel offshore and let the kids run. The hamlet is very quiet. The proximity to the beach is a real asset for young and old, with a beautiful viewpoint on the Creuse, a welcoming lawn with shade if you wish, enough to buy ice cream or even eat, and rent paddle board etc. The sites of the Valley of the painters are very close by car: Gargilesse, Crozant, Chambon. And Argenton/C, the Eguzon Dam. Very beautiful and interesting.

We were very well received by Claire . We spent 2 perfect quiet nights in a beautiful setting. If I return to the area I would like to come back to the "Renard room".
