Pretty percheron half-timbered house, renovated from bottom to attic in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping it all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with days in the sun in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in the winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 to 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining area of 50 m2, a small desk with 1 single bed and a large kitchen equipped full of light. The cottage is an old farmhouse percheron facing the countryside or evenings with music is not allowed. it is located next to another house. there are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I gather for couples. there are 2 foldable beds in 90/190 additionally. Located 5 minutes from the exit of the motorway of La Ferté-Bernard with these shops and activities which I invite you to look at the tourist office.
