We had a great holiday in Vendee, the house was very comfortable and convenient to get to the beach by bike and get to the different and many amusement parks nearby. In a rather quiet suburban area, close to the city center the house is tastefully decorated and many amenities and games are available for children and adults! We had a great time. Cozy spacious house with a large bathroom and spacious garden with convenient garden furniture. Close to large supermarket and close to Sauveterre beach with guarded area. By car or bicycle, you can be in the center from where you can walk to the boulevard or go shopping.

We really enjoyed this family home that allowed us to spend Christmas with the family . It's a paradise for the little ones who have found something to take care of. The garden must be very nice on sunny days. The neighborhood is very discreet and the amenities very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting

Yann was super helpful and responsive. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The garden and pool are private and not overlooked and there is a lovely field behind. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed using the pool. I would recommend having a car.

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

This was our second time staying at this place and as before we enjoyed the calm, amenities, proximity to the city while being in the countryside and the warmth of hospitality. Everything was perfect for our family meetup.

Very nice house to live in and perfectly located (100m from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the center of Port Joinville). Our hosts are very friendly and we enjoyed being welcomed and driven back to the boat. I recommend without any issues.

Great stay. Caroline's little house is very nice, quiet, the room is spacious with a desk to work. It went very well with Caroline who is very friendly and available. I would recommend it.

We had a lovely stay with Nathalie who is very welcoming. Small, simple but functional cottage, ideal for a few vacation days. We enjoyed the quiet location and with the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Thank you for accepting dogs, which is quite rare.
