Every detail has been designed for our comfort, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We rented for a construction site in CHILLY for our workers and they told us everything was perfect We will return it for 2 more weeks until the end of the construction site

We really had a great time in Chanaz, Emmanuel's house is really very beautiful, and very nice in summer because the ground floor is very cool! We were very well received, even with a vegetable crate from the garden, a treat. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

We had a great time with my boyfriend. The apartment is beautiful, the decoration is tastefully chosen. We remained amazed when we opened the door (petal on the bed, mood music, led on, walk on). It is conveniently located, very good restaurants nearby.

Carole’s studio apt was an incredible experience for my best friend and I as we traveled to France for the first time. The apt was very easy to find and the efficiency of the space was great. We had no troubles during the stay, and absolutely loved the location. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Annecy.

We spent the weekend at Patricia's, no complaints, great! We were greeted with a great plum pie!! Patricia remains attentive and very responsive to requests. The listing is as described, complete and modern, I can only recommend it for your stay.

Great stay. The space is spacious, clean, peaceful, and set in an idyllic environment. Cathy is welcoming, pleasant and very kind. She was responsive and attentive. We highly recommend.

A wonderful place for a family reunion, plenty of room for everyone. Walkable to the lake and Patisserie. Bike rental close by , great accessibility to Annecy. Easy access to local trails.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

We all enjoyed staying at Hans' place. We especially loved the outside space.

** Exceptional stay!** I had a lovely stay at this villa with my friends. The place was even better than the photos, very clean and well maintained. The decor is neat and you feel at home quickly. The accommodation is well equipped, everything is designed for us to lack nothing, special mention for the Nordic bath and the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and well located, close to local shops and attractions. Nelly was very responsive and thoughtful, giving us valuable tips for exploring the area. Communication was seamless from beginning to end. I highly recommend this rental and hope to return there the next time I visit the area. A big thank you to Nelly for his warm welcome!

Beautiful home, clean, true to photos. The environment is quiet, nice view. Good bedding Good value for money. I did not have the opportunity to meet the host but he is very responsive, accommodating and friendly by message I highly recommend it.
