This apartment is a gem! The Interieur is tasteful and cozy, a place. That feels like home right away. The view from the apartment and the small balcony is incredible and the street is super quiet. The train is also just a minute away and the cool and vibrant neighborhood of cours Julien, just a short walk. Check in and everything went super smooth, would for sure stay there again!

We had a great time at Laurence's place. She was a perfect host: communicative, proactive and very flexible on check-in and check-out times, which was greatly appreciated. She also gave us valuable tips on things to do in Marseille. The apartment was superb, perfectly consistent with the photos, clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We highly recommend this listing and will happily come back during our next visit to Marseille!

Marie's apartment is perfectly located in the 4th Arrondissement. Central yet quiet. Very bright apartment with a great small balcony. Nice kitchen, good for cooking. Spacious bedroom. Marie herself is uncomplicated.

Extremely friendly, attentive and responsive host. The apartment looks outdated at first glance but is perfectly functional. Original and colorful decor. Dishwasher and washer dryer, microwave and traditional oven, perfect for a long stay. Surprisingly quiet given the neighborhood. The proximity to Gare Saint-Charles and the Old Port as well as the Cours Julien make it an ideal location. Had a great month at Smaïl's. Absolutely recommended, without hesitation.

Very charming apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac. The terrace overlooking an inner courtyard is a real paradise. Communication with Caroline is clear and friendly. Everything is done on foot from the apartment but you have to be a good walker (which didn't bother us). The quality of the bedding is good and the air conditioning in summer must be appreciable In short, a great stay: we'll be back, I hope. 😊

We had a great weekend at Catherine's place. The apartment is very nice, you feel at home (you are really at Catherine's with her books, spices, etc.) The decor is done tastefully. The St Victor neighborhood is in the city center and very accessible on foot from the Old Port. We would highly recommend.

We weren't sure what to expect from Marseille so we wanted to be sure to have good accomodation. We weren't disappointed; the apartment was really great and in a good location. Yade was also an excellent host who went out of his way to provide us with tailored recommendations. He was attentive and interested in us and our trip but without being intrusive. Marseille exceeded our expectations and we would happily return to the city (and definitely to Yade's apartment). We combined with a day in and around Cassis and two nights in magical Aix. We had fab trip.

The apartment was exactly as described, was very clean and welcoming. The situation was ideal for exploring Marseille. The balcony was perfect for chilling, with a lovely view of the Old Port. This was our first trip to Marseille and was beautifully central for venturing into the city. Xavier was always responsive and although we did not need anything, felt that we could ask! His instructions were clear and very good. Loved the place and would certainly think of re-using on a second visit to this interesting city.

We received a great welcome despite our delay. The accommodation is extremely clean, the bedding comfortable, close to all amenities in a beautiful secure and wooded residence where you immediately feel good. This was the best choice for us in Marseille. The apartment was so charming with all its vintage inspired decor plus very practical. It was a bit cold a few days but the heaters throughout the apartment were perfect at warming up the place. The host even has a binder full of recommendations for must see places. The neighborhood is very much a hood but as long as you explore and do your research you can profit very well from the beauty Marseille has to offer. All the people we encountered were kind. We strongly recommend.
