The place is impeccable, in line with the photos and description! The welcome is warm, the place is clean, and the location is perfect, with mountain views. Quiet and soothing.

Very nice cottage: decor mixing typical rustic for some furniture and cozy contemporary for other elements: sofa, kitchen, bathroom. The place is super quiet with a great view of the valley.

We were extremely well received by Lydia and Tony. The cottage was good for a family of 4. Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of the bakery, restaurant and other shops. Thanks to the location of the accommodation and the advice of our hosts, we enjoyed many activities: Accrobranche (Bol d 'air- excellent), Summer Luge, and especially the possibility of hiking around the different Lakes of the region. We had a wonderful men's weekend. The place matched the pictures and we were able to settle in directly. The sauna and hot tub were our highlight and provided wonderful moments, especially in starry skies. We would definitely recommend this property.

Well designed cottage and great hosts. Modern, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, clean modern bathrooms, lovely large outdoor space next to a babbling brook. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Sewen is a tiny quiet town with a single restaurant that was excellent. Need to drive to next town(s) for food shop, boulangerie and other restaurants. As with any rental, bring personal essentials like chef’s knife, paper towels, hairdryer, toiletries, extra pillows but otherwise everything was provided. Highly recommended for a comfortable, quiet get away in Vosges / Ballon mountains. Many hiking paths in the area.

Everything was perfect, we had a very nice stay. The accommodation is conveniently located in Gerardmer. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Recommended!

I had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The owner is very responsive, welcoming, and above all caring. She was able to guide us throughout our stay, whether on arrival or return. The necessary equipment offered was available. I advise because it's a secure , quiet place, where you can be soothed but especially close to the stations and easy to access. I recommend it.

Nicolas is a great host. The only thing that there was a misunderstanding since in the general description it did not put the price of the bedding. But he gave us a discount by having that confusion and I appreciate it. Very quiet house, beautiful place with a creek next to the house. Very comfortable beds. We were right at home. If we visit the place again, we will not hesitate to stay there again.

Denise welcomed us warmly when we arrived. She gave us a quick and complete tour of the home. And guaranteed us their availability. Indeed, the place was as nice as the photos were and everything was functional. We had a lovely weekend and were even able to enjoy a nice snowy walk and a good flare around the stove. We would highly recommend this place and Denise, this warm host.

We spent two nights out of time in a heavenly setting. We have great memories of these days at the trailer above the clouds. Arlette Gérard and Nestor were absolutely perfect, welcoming, warm and attentive. The evening in the Finnish Kota with Gerard will remain an unforgettable memory. We'll be back without hesitating.

Myriam is really very friendly and understanding. She was very flexible even though we had to make changes to our plans. Unfortunately, we didn't stay long and didn't get to meet the animals, but the house and garden are really nicely arranged. She recommended a very nice local restaurant to us and we had a great evening. Glad to know we have a place to stay if we want to visit the area again. Cheers Myriam!

Impeccable accommodation,very clean everything is at our disposal, bed linen, dish towels.... comfortable!! excellent value for money with a magnificent view of the chalet on the masevaux valley!! the owners are available if needed! all the explanations are clear , very quiet and peaceful place! ideal for visiting the surrounding area and getting away from it all! Very nice place, matching the listing descriptions. The decoration is tastefully done. Remarkably clean. Very good geographical location.

Béatrice & Jacques are friendly people we could just speak English with. The house has many amenities where you can also enjoy a rainy but also on a sunny day. The best sights can be reached quite quickly. Enclosed private parking garage was nice. I could spend another vacation here in no time.

Yves is very welcoming, the apartment is very decent. Suggestions for activity which is a little extra. The tub is lovely after the hikes.

Very clean and equipped chalet. Everything is present and in perfect condition. The cottage itself was clean. The pool and jacuzzi are nearby and also in perfect condition. The grass, the garden, the sun loungers were also very neat. Pleasant stay, lovely hiking nearby. You sleep under a power line but didn't bother you at all.

We really had a pleasant stay. Listing meets our expectations Conveniently located , parking and private pool Close to downtown and all amenities . It's practically on foot . The only downside is the height of the fir trees in front of the balcony "terrace"  that spoils the view of the lake .

Wonderful stay at Marie's. The house is perfect for family holidays. The decor is typical and very well chosen making the place even more pleasant and exotic. Marie is a very pleasant and friendly host, always taking care of her hosts and very good advice. We also had a chance to visit the family farm. Marie offers us good local products from their farms. You can enjoy the comforts of this lovely home to rest between sightseeing in this beautiful area.

For lovers of nature, calm, tranquility. Perfect place to recharge. We recommend 100% -book and play for the little ones (big +!) Large recreation/relaxation room. The hosts are great! We are already thinking about going back to enjoy the outdoor pool which looks very nice.

We stayed with our children (8 & 11 years) with Christoph and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment is well furnished, it has everything you need. And when it rained in streams and all the hikes or activities fell into the water, Christoph came to us and provided us with a huge selection of games. We were also allowed to bring our cat Minou and when we were looking for it in the evening and I wrote a message late Christoph, there was an immediate answer. As I said, made us feel right at home and Milou (his Labrador dog) also gave us a lot of joy, as this was our first vacation without our Labrador & "only" with cat.

This was our third stay at this place, and it's always nice and quiet. This fits our needs and expectations perfectly. A beautiful place full of history.
