Vacation rentals with beach access in Le Marin

You'll love living at Cédric's. The studio is beautiful, with beautiful large bedrooms, a well ventilated living space (feel like living outside) The massage chair is 5 stars after our days of great hikes. The really interesting little pool of water we took advantage of it. We were lucky enough to share a rum drink and coconut juice with our hosts. Cédric responds quickly to messages which we enjoyed. I will rent this studio again without hesitation

apartment as advertised, the owner came to wait for us at the airport to give us the keys. We enjoyed the location close to the municipality of STE ANNE and the very beautiful beach well shaded. We had a very good exchange with her mom who gave us good advice and especially fresh fruit. Good bedding , air conditioning and fan very nice . Perfect for two people. Wake up in the morning pleasant on the terrace and full of birds but still hungry. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

My partner and I had an amazing stay! Isabel is very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. The apartment is ideal, incredible view, quiet and very well-equipped! Our arrival was easy and the residence is beautiful.

Christophe is a very pleasant host who always responded positively and quickly to our requests. The accommodation is very nice, located in the center of Sainte-Luce (close to shops, restaurants, easy parking). The rooms at the back are quiet, more sound on the street side (but you can't be in the center and be totally cut off from the noise of the city). The open kitchen and terrace are very nice with sea views. The location is ideal for exploring the south of the island but also for heading up to the airport and the north. In short, we are delighted with this first visit to the island and are already ready to return.

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Exceptional stay! Richard and Ghislaine are very kind hosts without forgetting the little hazelnut. I highly recommend this listing everything was perfect. The friendly exchanges with Richard and Ghislaine were appreciated. We regretted having taken a second Airbnb for our second week of vacation, because it was very difficult for us to leave such a lovely setting with an exceptional view. Listing as described, clean, functional, very good bedding. Perfect welcome. No car needed to access shops, restaurants, beaches, beautiful sunset and nice shaded hike a few kilometers along the coast to Les Salines.

We had a great time at Anne-Marie's villa! Special mention for the magnificent views of Trois Ilets Bay. The villa is very well-equipped and the configuration around the view and the pool allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors. Anne-Marie provided us with very clear explanations for access and check-in and the reception team was very professional and friendly.

This place is wonderful! The view is breathtaking and the way everything is configured is perfect to take advantage of that view. The outdoor area completes perfectly the indoor space, and the shutters that open right to the patio make it 1000x better! The house has everything you need, including a fully functional kitchen with top notch appliances. We had such a great time. We will be back!

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

A real favorite for this bungalow, its tranquility, its decor, its view, its bedding, the spa much appreciated after a big day of sightseeing, the kayak to go see the iguanas at Chancel Island (a little heavy to go down and up the path even with the wheels, but we got there!). We were able to enjoy the barbecue and meet on the terrace anolis, gecko, toad… Thanks to Florent for his friendly, fast and efficient welcome. The area is ideal for visiting La Trinité, the Caravelle peninsula, Sainte Marie and its tombolo, the Clément house, the François, the Fonds Blancs, the Josephine bathtub…

The host was very available to meet our needs, the accommodation was clean, it had everything we needed. The place was quiet.

It matches the photos, extremely comfortable, and the pool is superb: it's a real plus… The villa is close to the beach, just to the right as you exit into the street, we really enjoyed being able to enjoy the boat trips offered by Karine, the kitesurfing school nearby, and walks on the Îlets du Francois, a real little paradise! Fabulous stay at Pascal's Ti chou chou. There were 2 of us and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation, the quality of the amenities and Pascal's help on a daily basis. We saw 3 ravet beetles at the beginning of our stay in the accommodation, which are insects that are part of the local fauna, but Pascal immediately reacted to help us eliminate them and no other ravet beetles were seen. I would recommend this place for your stay in Martinique.

That's it. I go to Martinique regularly, and I have to say that for the type of accommodation I usually book, this one is the best with unobstructed views of the bay of Ste Anne and its sunset!🤗. DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . The view is amazing with sunsets every evening. It was the highlight of our trip, thank you for everything. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

A perfect welcome. Luca is very considerate and always available to answer our questions. The apartment itself perfectly matches the description and opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking a real postcard of Fort-de-France Bay. Only downside is the proximity to the very busy road which is a little intrusive at first. The beach directly accessible below the property is very peaceful and pretty, you will forget the 120 steps and 3 locked gates to access it. We spent a month there, from mid-January to mid-February this year and we have great memories of it. Françoise and Eric

I recommend this apartment 200%, close to the beach, within walking distance. Everything is as described. It has all the comforts you need for a great vacation. Don't hesitate!

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . Apartment ideally located for visiting the island , very easy to access and quick from the airport . The site itself is beautiful: lush garden, superb views, direct access to pretty beaches and the village of Sté Luce (restaurants, pharmacy, small market, convenience store ...) by a path that runs along the sea, also health trail. You can also find what you need on site ( bars, restaurants , snacks and even a convenience store ) The apartment is very well equipped and offers a pleasant terrace with lovely views of the park . The bedding is great . Finally, Vero is a very responsive , friendly and attentive host. Her book with all the right tips is a plus . In short , we leave delighted with the desire to return!
