Vacation rentals with a patio in Le Grau d'Agde

The accommodation is completely new, atypical, and tastefully decorated. The terrace and patio are particularly pleasant on sunny days. The unit is very well equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. Some free parking is nearby. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Martin was very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much!

We stayed one night at Patrick's apartment where we found all the comforts we needed to continue our trip. Easy to access, as described and with all the amenities useful to a baby, we highly recommend it!

Katarina and Lars' apartment is very nice, completely renovated and in all respects as described . The view of the pond of Thau is superb and the terrace is nice to watch the sunset. We spent the new year week there and enjoyed the small village of Bouzigues which has a lot of charm. Free parking is also appreciated as long as you avoid restaurant schedules where it can be a little more difficult to find space. In conclusion, it's difficult to be disappointed with this stay and we will gladly go back Sarah and Jean Marc

The place is beautiful, the house is perfectly as described, if not better: warm, very high quality furniture. The hosts are very welcoming, the concierge is very accommodating on arrival and departure by offering larger time slots. The only downside is the concierge employee who may have made derogatory comments, and who forgot to provide a baby crib and high chair despite the prior request. This was fixed the following morning. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay, functional accommodation and clean terrace with gazebo and barbecue. And really Nicole was able to welcome us with open arms and always available when needed really a great stay very much next year to come back

Great 3 day weekend at Fred & Josy's. Accommodation matches the photos: clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped. I was not able to take advantage of the terrace, but in summer it must be great! Fred and Josy are welcoming and available for any requests. The area is very quiet with access to the beach and supermarkets in 5 minutes by car. Comfort: place to park in the property with a secure and automated gate. Recommended!

Great house, freshly renovated, well equipped, ideally located (close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants at a walkable distance). Stéphanie is a great host, flexible and with whom it is easy to communicate. This house is particularly recommended for families

Patricia and Luc are very welcoming and responsive. Communication with them went very well. The place is like new, and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning and the enclosed garden in the shade of olive trees. Big plus for us: that the hosts accept dogs. The studio is well located for discovering Herault.

We had a great time. The house perfectly matches the listing, very well equipped and very clean. A few nice touches (coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules, shower gel sample...). Karine was super responsive when we contacted her and very accommodating about check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend it and keep the address, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a great weekend with the family with our dog included. hosts are very responsive and welcoming. The little house is perfect, there is everything you need and is very well located with your feet in the sand! we will be back without hesitation

We slept 2 nights as 2 couples in the accommodation. The only downside is that the bathroom with the toilet is in the extension of a bedroom. Nothing to say, everything was as described. Quentin and Marion are very responsive.

We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.

We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and the delicious figs! The accommodation is very well located, close to beaches, shops and the port. Everything is in walking distance. What a pleasure! The appartement was everything that we wished for. Jane and Stephen were very gracious hosts and there were plenty of hiking opportunities in the area.

This is a beautiful apartment, well furnished and gorgeous outdoor area with a pool. Unfortunately the weather was not too good while we were there so we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked. The town is very peaceful and easy to walk around. There is a small grocery that you can pick up a few basics close by. Everything was extremely clean and the furniture very comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return. Communication was excellent! Thank you Thomasina!
