Very large apartment, well located with a great view. Very close to the restaurant le petitbonum, the bakery and right on the beach. Very quiet and relaxing place. Well located for exploring northern Martinique. Chairs and cooler available making it easy to explore the island. Alice was very proactive and questioned us regularly to make sure everything was fine.

very responsive host, we had a good time with the family, villa not far from the beach just, a good coast to return to the villa but quite doable with children, well equipped and very spacious with a nice sea view, a shame that the fourth bedroom is not air conditioned but equipped with two fans, very nice pool, it will be a pleasure to come back thank you

This place is really beautiful. The view and location are great. We walked to the beach every day and found great food in town nearby.

Great stay at Evan's, the listing fits the photos and description perfectly. We were able to enjoy an introduction to fishing with Florent and we returned with fish!!! Kayak access to the islets next door is also very nice. Don't hesitate, I would recommend it.

We had a memorable stay at Joseph's villa (there were 5 of us). The character house is spacious, beautifully furnished and offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay in Martinique. Joseph and his wife were exceptional hosts, always attentive to our needs and impeccable communication. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the pool, perfect for refreshing. In addition, we were touched by the little touches of our hosts, such as towels, food in the fridge, and the ability to use their landline phone. Wawooo! We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Turquoise. The house is beautiful, super equipped, comfortable, super well located and not overlooked. Honestly, there was nothing missing and we have nothing to say. The dream when you arrive in vacation rentals. Jean Philippe welcomed us warmly and always responded present when we contacted him. Super responsive and caring, he made sure (with Maly remotely) that our stay was perfect. We left the villa with a heavy heart and with lots of good memories. Go there with your eyes closed. We had a very pleasant stay in the well-equipped bungalow, the neighborhood is very quiet and access to the coastal path (trace of the Caps) right next door. Sabine and Bertrand are very welcoming and professional. A great place to recommend.

Karine and her colleagues (Jacky and Sabine) made sure our stay went smoothly. We highlight the small touches that enhance the experience for example the sunbed chairs, the bag for picnics. The site is beautiful and well appointed. The view of the vegetation from the room is beautiful. We recommend it!

Nice accommodation, quiet and good location. The bedding is great! The sea is within 300m. Everything to have a great stay.

Stay with friends for 10 days in Villa Émeraude. A delight! The house is very convenient with its 3 bedrooms all equipped with their bathroom and toilet. The pool water is super soft, we enjoyed the terrace and the chill area. The location of the house is great for moving right to left. The sea is a stone's throw away, beware of swimming, rough sea. Communication with Violaine was very nice. Welcomed with a bottle of punch, we recommend this villa where we will enjoy coming back next time.

Clean and spacious apartment, very well located with parking and very quick access (40 meters) to Anse Mitan beach. Welcoming and attentive host. Recommended as a base for visiting Martinique while already being at the beach.

We stayed at Katy's home for 6 days. The accommodation is very well equipped: appliances, a lot of kitchen accessories, tea towels, towels...Everything is clean and very pleasant. It is really very rare to see such a well equipped accommodation, there is absolutely nothing missing. The accommodation is also very well located for visiting the south of the island. It is located in a quiet area, close to shops (5 minutes by car) and the diamond beach (a few minutes walk). Gladys, who is on site, is very responsive to questions and very kind. Katy also responds very quickly to messages and is very attentive to the well-being of her tenants (a short guide with things to do near the accommodation (beach, outings, restaurants...) is transmitted before arrival). I highly recommend this property to future guests. Thanks again to Gladys and Katy for their availability, advice, and kindness.

We cannot say enough about Brigette and Maurice and their absolutely gorgeous estate. First off, you are not renting a house, you are welcomed like a member of their family. I have never experienced such a welcoming host. It’s truly remarkable. The estate itself is stunning. Pictures don’t do it justice. The location is amazing and the views are breathtaking. I could not recommend this enough.

The house is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from Le Diamant Beach It is also possible to reach the market and bakery in 15 min walk via the small path in the shade that runs along the beach. A small supermarket can also be reached in 5 minutes by car. In addition, the many very pleasant handles (Arlet, Dufour, Noire, ...) are accessible in less than 15 minutes by car! In short, the Patio is a very pleasant accommodation with all rooms distributed around the central hot tub. The rooms are all air-conditioned and each have a private bathroom. In addition, the laundry area is a real plus. The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes, but which is not attributable to Caroline and Yves... Thank you again for a pleasant stay!

We had an unforgettable stay at Carole and Laurent's. Their bungalow is a real slice of heaven, beyond all our expectations! The setting is exceptional: between the charm of the garden, the adorable little turtles that inhabit it, and the swimming pool that perfectly accompanies this magical place, everything was together for a perfect holiday. The bungalow itself is spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated, it immediately feels at home. Carole and Laurent are incredibly welcoming and attentive hosts, always available while being discreet. We already know we'll be back – this place is a real favorite.
