Very welcoming and comfortable trailer, the jacuzzi is great. Flexible check in and check out. Proximity to Annecy, not even 10 minutes. Quiet and clean accommodation, functional and equipped with bed linen, bath sheets, dish towels which reduces the volume of our suitcases 😊 Definitely recommend and will most likely return.

Great stay, just remember to plan for the deposit to enjoy the spa and sauna, we hadn't paid attention and Sylvie was very nice and we were able to find an arrangement to be able to enjoy it. The space is really great and very pleasant, we enjoyed it very much.

We had a great weekend with friends. Close to Annecy and with many activities, the accommodation is super well located.

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

We had a great stay. The accommodation had everything we needed for a great vacation. We had the opportunity to enjoy a large part of the estate, which was more than welcome with our dog (he had the best vacation). Very close to Lake Paladru, we spent our time between the lake and the pool. Brigitte advised us on good restaurant tips around the lake to conclude a relaxing stay. Thanks again for everything!

Valerie's place was a lovely getaway. It was pretty much as described. The views in the mountains are very pretty. Overall it's a nice stay. It would be nice if the hot tub had a curtain to pull or some more privacy, as the windows of Valerie's house directly overlook the hot tub. It just doesn't feel like you're alone in privacy as much as the listing makes it sound. It's still nice and the views are great, just would suggest to add a privacy curtain in between the trees there. Overall, I'd still recommend staying at the place for a getaway though.

We went to Cyrille's cottage at 15 for an EVG and enjoyed ourselves for a weekend. We initially thought we would go to the lake or take a hike but with all the activities on site we didn't even need it, the atmosphere being already there. Cyrille was welcoming and accommodating.

Lesley was very nice. The house and the surroundings are wonderful. There's only peace and quiet. House spacious, clean, with lots of light... you can feel the love put by Lesley. Our two dogs had a great time and were able to meet the other pets in the house. Thank you so much

We stayed at Fred's place during a weekend hiking with our dog 🐶 The accommodation was very clean, the bedding very comfortable, we highly recommend this place! Small bonus, for its location, close to lots of walks. ☺️ Although we couldn't see Fred when we arrived, the phone contact was very friendly and the instructions were very accurate! Weekend off-season (February), we enjoyed the calm and direct access to the lake shore. The host, although not present on that day, was very responsive to our requests and prepared the listing accordingly. Very friendly before, during,, after, it's nice! The accommodation is nice for two, or four with children as long as they can be in a upstairs bed. Please note that you have to go through the very small children's room to access the parent room. Great bathroom and kitchen perfectly furnished. Dishes in bulk. In good season the outdoor space must be very pleasant. Perfectly fenced for your four-pasted pet. Hiking departure points are accessible by car nearby. The configuration of the lake, on the other hand, makes it more difficult to walk (road). A beautiful find with a very nice host!

The cottage is comfortable and very well-equipped, located on the heights of the quiet village. Lise is responsive and accommodating. We had a great time, we recommend it.

Very welcoming hosts and great sympathy. The accommodation is warm, in a very beautiful peaceful environment. Close to Annecy city center. Many hikes are to be done around offering sublime panoramas.

Central ground floor apartment with garden. Perfect place to stay to visit Talloires. Close to beach, cafes, restaurants and bakery. Also easy from bus stop. Loved our stay here. Evelyne was really helpful and had baby crib ready for us. Would recommend and will come back again.

We had a great time with the family at this vacation rental. The place is cozy, quiet and relaxing. We arrived in November so the activities offered in the area were rarer, which is normal but not what we were looking for. We were able to enjoy beautiful walks with the autumn colors and the tranquility of the area. We were hosted very well and our host was always available to advise us and make sure our stay went smoothly. The visit to the farm and its quirky animals was a treat for the kids. They're still talking about it. Thank you for hosting us and your recommendations.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a lovely weekend, the host Eric arranged us well on the check-in and check-out times. He was attentive and always available for any questions. The accommodation is clean, in very good condition with all the necessities. The pool and view were much appreciated! We'll save the address for the next time.

Comfortable house, ideal for groups or families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen is very functional, we found everything we needed. Peaceful rural environment, large garden. Easy communication with the owners who are very accommodating. We had a great weekend, thank you!

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

We rented Sebastien's cottage for two for four days and had a great time! The cottage is cozy, well-equipped, very clean and you feel good there. For a winter stay, the fireplace is a big bonus! The location is ideal in the heart of Les Bauges, in a very quiet area but still with a bakery within walking distance.
