Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Layton

Heather's place was great for our trip. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home. Heather was a fantastic host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Modern Rustic Home! Nephi and Danielle are great to work with and extremely responsive. The home has a cohesive theme and we loved the “Charlie Brown” Xmas tree that fit perfectly for our holiday stay. We cook quite a bit and really appreciated the very well eauipped kitchen. Highly recommended for your next stay in SLC.

Our stay was grea!. The house, despite being old, was sparkling clean, well furnished, very comfortable and has a great view of the mountain! We will gladly come back during our next stay in Sandy.

This place is the perfect spot to stay for a quick ski trip! Perfect location and plenty of space for a whole family. Each room was very spacious and the downstairs as well. The hot tub seemed brand new and the kitchen made dinners easy and comfortable. It isn’t a super fancy space and has spots of wear and tear but for our purposes was perfect. Highly recommend for a family heading to the slopes.

This place is great! Great location for our activities which was SLC down to Lehi. Comfortable home, love the design and aesthetics. Main floor shower is amazing! Hot and good pressure. Hot tub was lovely! The yard was great as it snowed when we we visited and my son and I loved playing in it. Beautiful kitchen and utensils available. The living room and bar table behind couch worked great for us. We enjoyed playing large connect four in the backyard. Nate and Ren were very responsive, patient and accommodating. An hour after we left, my son said “I miss our air bnb” :) My only advisement is the loft bedroom does not have a door. ( I don’t recall if in the listing). That’s not a deal breaker for us, but would be a nice to have. TV, sound system and fireplace made it a great place to chill after a long day. We loved all the natural light from big windows and if you visit in the warmer months, it looks like a great place for patio time! Highly recommend!

Our family of 6 enjoyed the hot tub after skiing (several ski areas are within about half an hour). Appliances good. Could have used a few lamps in the living room though but the couch was very comfortable. Place was clean and had plenty of towels. Has a nice master bath with big shower with rain showerhead. Beds are memory foam and pillows are good, not too big. Kids enjoyed playing darts in the lower level living room, which has a big comfortable couch with soft, warm blankets on it.

Alex was a great host and the house absolutely met our needs. We appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen where we made some wonderful evening meals after great days on the slopes. Hanging out in the back yard while enjoying the hot tub was the highlight of the evenings.

Fantastic house. Great for a big family or a large group of friends. About 20mins from Snowbird/Alta and 35mins from Briggton/Solitude. Large garage that can fit 2-3 cars. The only issue was that there was a lot of dead ants in one of the downstairs bedrooms and some alive in the upstairs half bath that were recently treated for. I assume this issue was more of a timing of the treatment for the ants and otherwise would be a non-issue. Regardless, definitely worth the stay! 9/10!

Adam was a wonderful host! He was very communicative, responsive, friendly, and welcoming! He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible! He was very quick to respond and was very professional! I am more than happy to recommend this Airbnb to any prospective travelers looking for a place to stay during their time in Salt Lake City!

Easy checking in great stay convenient for our family function and large enough to fit all of us! My 4 adult children, grandkids and spouses. It was nice for all of us to be together in one space.

This place was everything you see and more! Less than 30 min to snow basin, so much space for family, friends, babies etc. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend staying here!

Our stay was relaxing with easy access to skiing, family, shopping, amazing quilt shops and Allison eas very friendly . We thoroughly enjoyed this stay.

Nice clean place with cozy beds and lots of amenities. The pool is a perfect retreat after a long summer day in the Utah heat. Owners were very responsive to questions and truly seem to care. Lots of games and things for kiddos to do at this place.

Very beautiful home, by far the coziest home I’ve ever rented on this app. It had amazing views that the pictures don’t even do it justice. Really loved spending my thanksgiving here!

We had a great stay! My kids tried to give it a nickname like the blue barn but it didn’t seem to sum up the experience 😆. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed and even the pull out couch was comfortable. I enjoyed the little details, like lighting that illuminated when you walked to the bathroom in the middle of the night, an overhead and handheld shower head so I didn’t have to get my hair wet each day, the games, the quality products that were available for use. It felt like home. Location was great too!

This place was absolutely incredible! It was just the right distance from Salt Lake City and the ski resorts, and it also had hiking right in our backyard. The cabin was stocked with everything we could’ve ever wanted. It was so beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and just amazing! We absolutely loved our stay here! And to top it all off, the hosts were so incredibly helpful!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The cabin is in a beautiful setting and is in a great location to ski any of the areas in both the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Also, Brian was very helpful with some great local’s insight as to how to navigate some parking and traffic issues on powder days. He was the consummate host. I loved this place and hope to return often.

We had an amazing stay! This is my second time staying. Took an adult trip last year and loved it so much I brought my family back this year. Everything was just as described, great location. Hot tub was amazing after long ski days. Emily was helpful whenever I needed anything. Will definitely stay again!!

My team and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Amazing location close to town and the slopes. Very responsive host and we even got to check in a bit early which was great. I highly recommend this stay for anyone wanting to ski or just to get away for peace and quiet.
