Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Layton

Beautiful home with lots of space and sleeping accommodations for our family of seven. This home was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The hot tub was so fun and there were very clear instructions on how to use and enjoy it. This house is in a great location. It is close to stores and restaurants and right across the street from the Trax station. We had tickets to the hockey game and were able to easily get there without driving. It is also only about 20 minutes or less from some of the other fun highlights in the valley. Hosts were great and very helpful. This was an amazing house to spend spring break in and highly recommend it if you are coming to Salt Lake.

Our stay was grea!. The house, despite being old, was sparkling clean, well furnished, very comfortable and has a great view of the mountain! We will gladly come back during our next stay in Sandy.

The view from the living room was absolutely stunning. I loved staying here. The master bed is crazy comfortable I haven’t gotten that good of sleep in a long time. Great location. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Ski Trip: this airbnb is an absolutely stellar place to stay! We loved being so close to the base of Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. It was less than 20 minutes to skiing at Snowbird and 40 or less to Brighton (our favorite ski resorts). The house is well equipped; major plus was the large gear room off the garage! The kitchen is well stocked, the living room is spacious with plenty of comfortable couches for chill evenings. We got great use of the hot tub and pool table in the evenings. I would absolutely stay here again!

Sugarhouse is a great neighborhood in Salt Lake City. Our family of 2 adults, 3 kids, plus a nanny stayed at this home and we had more than enough space. It was so big, there was even one bedroom we didn’t need at all. The kids loved the backyard. My 6 year old daughter enjoyed the swing, we picnicked at the table, and we all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. I would stay at this house again in a heartbeat!

The host was so kind and responsive. The home was unique, comfy, and charming. Great amenities. Convenient to all the things we wanted to do in Salt Lake.

Highly recommend!! The value is exceptional. It’s even better than the photos. This location and home is amazing. I used to live in the area and this is prime. I think it says South Salt Lake and maybe technically it is, but it’s adjacent to Sugarhouse. We walk a lot at home and feel you can stay here without a rental car. It’s a quiet street, just off the main roads, and lots of local foot traffic. There’s easy freeway access. The main level of the home has over 2k sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The other bed and bath are in the basement. It’s rare to find a spacious main level in this area. There are 2 living areas that accommodate 4-6 each. The kitchen is huge, as is the back yard. Our host was responsive, although our stay was short and we didn’t need any additional contact.

This was a great Airbnb for our adult family get together. The view from the backyard deck was awesome!! The spa, pool table, and fire pit were a hit! I will say there were a lot of check out instructions and some quirks but we made it work. Justin's place was dog friendly as well! The location was great, close to the mountains and downtown SLC. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Fantastic house. Great for a big family or a large group of friends. About 20mins from Snowbird/Alta and 35mins from Briggton/Solitude. Large garage that can fit 2-3 cars. The only issue was that there was a lot of dead ants in one of the downstairs bedrooms and some alive in the upstairs half bath that were recently treated for. I assume this issue was more of a timing of the treatment for the ants and otherwise would be a non-issue. Regardless, definitely worth the stay! 9/10!

Adam was a wonderful host! He was very communicative, responsive, friendly, and welcoming! He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible! He was very quick to respond and was very professional! I am more than happy to recommend this Airbnb to any prospective travelers looking for a place to stay during their time in Salt Lake City!

Easy checking in great stay convenient for our family function and large enough to fit all of us! My 4 adult children, grandkids and spouses. It was nice for all of us to be together in one space.

This was the perfect location to have my 50th birthday party. The house was perfect for playing games and laughing all night. I loved the feel of the house and the beds were SOOO comfortable! I hate rentals that have nick-nacks everywhere because they get in the way but Scott's rental was perfect and didn't have things on every single empty space. Every time I reached out to Scott he was very responsive and helpful, I would highly recommend this place. A few friends and I have already discussed how pretty this place would be to rent in the summer for a weekend.

Allison was an incredible host and we absolutely loved staying at her home in Sandy! This was the perfect home base for day trips to both Alta and Snowbird. Very spacious, comfortable, and the hotub was awesome.

Nice clean place with cozy beds and lots of amenities. The pool is a perfect retreat after a long summer day in the Utah heat. Owners were very responsive to questions and truly seem to care. Lots of games and things for kiddos to do at this place.

Very beautiful home, by far the coziest home I’ve ever rented on this app. It had amazing views that the pictures don’t even do it justice. Really loved spending my thanksgiving here!

The house was comfortable and clean and there were many nice little touches throughout. This is a great house for relaxing, spending time with family and cooking good meals. We truly enjoyed our time and would rent this house again.

We had a great stay! My kids tried to give it a nickname like the blue barn but it didn’t seem to sum up the experience 😆. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed and even the pull out couch was comfortable. I enjoyed the little details, like lighting that illuminated when you walked to the bathroom in the middle of the night, an overhead and handheld shower head so I didn’t have to get my hair wet each day, the games, the quality products that were available for use. It felt like home. Location was great too!

The cabin was great and exactly as described. Lana was very communicative. Conveniently located to multiple ski mountains. I would stay here again!

House was clean and comfortable for a large family. There is a lot of construction in the area, but that did not affect our stay. Very convenient to Powder Mountain and 1 mile to the grocery store. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations. If you stay here and want to eat out, Hank’s and the Mad Moose are a must do. Both had great food and incredible milkshakes. Watching a sunset from the Ogden Divide is also highly recommended. Wildlife was abundant. Literally had deer and turkey in the yard right in the neighborhood.

It was great. Located in a perfect spot with so much to do on the property and very easy access to the mountains and local restaurants.

Emily was an awesome host! She was very responsive and we loved the location of the cabin. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The saddle barstools were a hit with our kids.
