Vacation rentals with beach access in Lawton Park, Seattle

Nicole and Kurt were wonderful and very communicative and helpful with our stay. We traveled to visit family with our 6 month old and they generously set up the pak n play for us and were so accommodating in providing recommendations and sharing their laundry facilities. We will absolutely be in contact with them in the future for more family stays!

Lisa’s place is amazing! Location: A beautiful tree-lined street in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, Lake Washington, and numerous parks. Easy drive or transit trip to downtown. Bed: Very comfortable, high quality sheets, numerous types of pillows to choose from. Kitchen: Modern, clean, nicely stocked with snacks, coffee, teas, sugar and cream, etc. There were even peanut butter cups and Jelly Belly beans. Bathroom: Immaculate. Clean, bright, nice fixtures. Living space: Large, easy-to-operate heating and cooling system, local books, comfy sectional. A nice big space that makes you feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again. 💕

Had a great stay at MJ’s place! 5min walk to the North Admiral main strip and just a bit farther to Alki Beach. Everything was just as advertised and MJ was super responsive. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful little oasis. Very comfortable and fully stock kitchen everything you needed to cook a nice home cooked dinner. Make sure you are home to catch a sunset absolutely stunning. Hosts very responsive.

I had assumed that the beautiful ocean photos were a bit of an exaggeration, but they weren't! You truly are just a flight of stairs from the beach, and the glass doors open up to a gorgeous ocean view. Linda was always super responsive, friendly, and helpful. I didn't get as much work done as I'd hoped, but who could with ocean views like that? I had a lovely time, and the bride and groom were happy for some respite sipping coffee by the sea, far far away from the hectic wedding, too!

Lovely stay! Thomas met us when we arrived and was very thorough in making sure we were comfortable . The hot tub was a big plus for us. The bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to not have to worry about our dog. Also… a tip to other travelers who love thrifting… the Mercer island thrift shop is a hidden gem!

This house was so special we fantasized about moving to the area. Great location, so many fantastic places to walk to: the beach, nature walk at Schmitz preserve park, took the ferry downtown one day, and so many places to eat in the area you almost don’t have to go anywhere else. Grace was great, so quick to respond however we didn’t need her for anything. House was set up with everything we needed, was comfortable and we had no issues. We stayed 8 days in November. Big plus to have a washer and dryer, secure backyard for our dog and parking!Special spot that feels far enough away from the city to relax but easy access to explore all the cool neighborhoods.

Impeccable sprawling comfortable house, quiet neighborhood with comfy beds - never slept better at an airbrb. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the well appointed kitchen. Great place for a family gathering. We loved walking the private beach. Chloe was very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Grateful for another pleasant stay at Joan’s… always seasonally and tastefully decorated, with ample space & sleep options. Living area on one floor is very accommodating to our needs. Water & mountain views nearby make it a desirable location for us. Flexibility with check-in is very much appreciated. We look forward to our next visit!

We’ve stayed at lots of Air b&b’s over the years, but this is our new favorite. The beautiful and peaceful surroundings along with the cozy feeling of the home was exactly what we needed away from the busy life in the city. Renee is extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks again Renee!

Olivia’s place was very conveniently located to our friends house in the neighborhood. Comfortable living space and bedrooms, beautiful view of lake and convenient walking distance to nearby top pizza spot

This home was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and was the perfect stay for my wife and friends. The amenities matched the description in the posting and the home had everything we needed to make this stay feel like home. I highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to explore West Seattle as the neighborhood is very walkable.

This home on the Sound at Rocky Point was awesome. The feeling of being so close to the water was constantly refreshing. We had a fire in the fire pit, which is basically six feet from the edge of the water, every night and being out there was really nice. The bed in the master is too soft and could probably use a new mattress, and there was sap on the outdoor chairs down by the water, which ended up on pants and long-sleeve shirt elbows. But those are minor issues and don't prevent a rave review from me. The communication from Stephen was prompt and helpful. If you're coming to play golf, Gold Mountain and McCormick Woods are only 15 minutes away. This is a great place to stay!

Comfortable home with plenty of space for family of five. Well stocked kitchen. Nice views of water, mountains, and city. We were without a car. Arrived from city on a weekday via ferry and after short wait, took bus which stops near property. Easy. Safeway (a few miles away) delivered groceries from online order, which worked out well. Return trip on a Saturday was more difficult matching limited bus and ferry schedules. Took Uber back to city, which was pricey. One or two restaurants nearby, small convenience store for snacks and beverages. Would stay here again.

Our family stayed at this beautiful apartment for almost two months and we could not have asked for a better stay. Christina was beyond accommodating. Not only were any questions answered right away, she anticipated issues we didn’t even know we had. For example, when the temperature jumped a few degrees, she emailed us the location of all the units fans and then just went ahead and installed new AC units - without our mentioning a thing! From the moment we walked in, it was clear there was a lot of thought about the guest experience from a lovely bottle of wine to a well stocked pantry and very nice cooking tools. The apt is cozy and immaculate with an amazing view of Oyster Bay and the Olympics. The balcony is wonderful for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The location is super convenient to the freeway and to shopping and restaurants. The complex is incredibly quiet and private - we saw neighbors maybe 3 times in two months. Everything about the stay was great.

I loved this place! It was spotless and felt serene as soon as I walked in. I don’t think I ever heard a single neighbor, and the view was beautiful… I felt right at home. It was just what I needed for a solo getaway. Thanks Jonathan for the great communication and for providing such an awesome place!

We had an amazing stay at Jason & Courtney’s condo in Seattle! The location was absolutely perfect—walking distance to the piers and Pike Place Market, making it super convenient to explore the area. The condo itself was spotless, with a great layout, a balcony, and a stunning water view that we thoroughly enjoyed. Jason and Courtney were fantastic hosts and incredibly gracious, accommodating our check-in and checkout times due to our flight schedule, which made everything so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Seattle. It’s 5 stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fantastic location, steps away from the waterfront and Pikes Place Market. There is a new hiking and biking trail under construction right out front! Can’t wait to return. Jeri was a delightful and responsive host.

Susannah's place is fantastic! Great location that is walkable to a lot of places you'll definitely want to check out. The hosts are very communicative and the place itself is very cozy and inviting. I would absolutely recommend it.

we stayed at Katie's while our home was being remodeled. The beds were comfortable, towels were nice, great parking, and very accessible.

Absolutely Fantastic! Gala met us for a quick tour of the property and what a fantastic place it is. Gala was extremely nice and even offered for us to stay longer, as a hurricane impacted our home in FL during our visit. You can't ask for a more pleasant experience. Gala is truly a Super Host. The location is perfect with restaurants, shops and entertainment right at the door and we felt very safe here with 24/7 security. The condo has a well stocked kitchen, an extremely comfortable king bed and nice living room w/ TV, but we spent most of our time on the balcony because the views of Puget Sound, Olympic mountain range, stellar sunsets, watching the ferries and cruise ships and the activity of Pike Place Market were just out of this World beautiful. Even with all the activity we could see it was very quiet an peaceful even sitting on the balcony. I would highly recommend both Gala and this Condo for your Seattle stay. Thank you Gala for a wonderful experience.
