Vacation rentals with beach access in Lawton Park, Seattle

Spacious for a 1 bedroom, located 1 minute from the beach, yet very private. Good restaurants short walk away, and gorgeous sunsets. Very clean, has a great vibe as soon as you step in. Kim is very responsive. Good WiFi, for those who can’t get away from work. Not too many stairs. I have already booked a return trip.

We’ve stayed here before and will come again. Everything about is just right for our visits to West Seattle. Thank you!

Had a great stay at MJ’s place! 5min walk to the North Admiral main strip and just a bit farther to Alki Beach. Everything was just as advertised and MJ was super responsive. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful little oasis. Very comfortable and fully stock kitchen everything you needed to cook a nice home cooked dinner. Make sure you are home to catch a sunset absolutely stunning. Hosts very responsive.

We got to Linda’s place a day after a storm hit the neighborhood and knocked out power She took couple lanterns for us to use luckily the power got restored three hours later her place was just as described clean and comfortable with great views..

Lovely stay! Thomas met us when we arrived and was very thorough in making sure we were comfortable . The hot tub was a big plus for us. The bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to not have to worry about our dog. Also… a tip to other travelers who love thrifting… the Mercer island thrift shop is a hidden gem!

The coastal cottage was a great place to spend Christmas with a lovely setup and beautiful views.

Beautiful, even better than the photos! We saw otter, seal, and numerous bird species while watching the water. The sun coming up / setting, peaceful waves lapping at the shore, the wood stove (with a stash of dry wood), and hot chocolate all made our stay perfect. Yes, the trek down to the cabin is steep, as mentioned in the listing. But its absolutely worthwhile!

My family was very happy with the stay. There was great communication, the house was nice and tidy, well stocked, quiet street, clear instructions, and had food and local places to check out recommended. I would definitely stay again. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Money well spent.

Grateful for another pleasant stay at Joan’s… always seasonally and tastefully decorated, with ample space & sleep options. Living area on one floor is very accommodating to our needs. Water & mountain views nearby make it a desirable location for us. Flexibility with check-in is very much appreciated. We look forward to our next visit!

We’ve stayed at lots of Air b&b’s over the years, but this is our new favorite. The beautiful and peaceful surroundings along with the cozy feeling of the home was exactly what we needed away from the busy life in the city. Olivia’s place was very conveniently located to our friends house in the neighborhood. Comfortable living space and bedrooms, beautiful view of lake and convenient walking distance to nearby top pizza spot

Mike was very responsive, helpful, and had a great guidebook filled with excellent recommendations! My dogs and I felt right at home. It was cozy and clean and exactly as it appears in the photos. The bonus was the private beach access and the gorgeous views from the very walkable neighborhood. Loved staying there!

My friends and I spent the weekend here as a birthday getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It’s spacious, has so many fun amenities, and was overall a great place for a group looking to relax and spend time together

Our family stayed at this beautiful apartment for almost two months and we could not have asked for a better stay. Christina was beyond accommodating. Not only were any questions answered right away, she anticipated issues we didn’t even know we had. For example, when the temperature jumped a few degrees, she emailed us the location of all the units fans and then just went ahead and installed new AC units - without our mentioning a thing! From the moment we walked in, it was clear there was a lot of thought about the guest experience from a lovely bottle of wine to a well stocked pantry and very nice cooking tools. The apt is cozy and immaculate with an amazing view of Oyster Bay and the Olympics. The balcony is wonderful for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The location is super convenient to the freeway and to shopping and restaurants. The complex is incredibly quiet and private - we saw neighbors maybe 3 times in two months. Everything about the stay was great.

I loved this place! It was spotless and felt serene as soon as I walked in. I don’t think I ever heard a single neighbor, and the view was beautiful… I felt right at home. It was just what I needed for a solo getaway. Thanks Jonathan for the great communication and for providing such an awesome place!

Amazing location! 5 min walk to Pike Place and just off the water by the pier. Extremely quiet location and walkable to many amazing restaurants and sites Seattle has to offer. Unit was clean and had a huge dvd collection, which we enjoyed. The water can be seen from the unit and offered a calm and relaxing vibe! Fireplace and super lush carpet made it cozy. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group. While the unit only had one bathroom, there is an additional bathroom on the first floor by the fitness facility, which was helpful for our group of 6. The hot tub was unfortunately out of service while we were there. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us! Would definitely book again!

Absolutely Fantastic! Gala met us for a quick tour of the property and what a fantastic place it is. Gala was extremely nice and even offered for us to stay longer, as a hurricane impacted our home in FL during our visit. You can't ask for a more pleasant experience. Gala is truly a Super Host. The location is perfect with restaurants, shops and entertainment right at the door and we felt very safe here with 24/7 security. The condo has a well stocked kitchen, an extremely comfortable king bed and nice living room w/ TV, but we spent most of our time on the balcony because the views of Puget Sound, Olympic mountain range, stellar sunsets, watching the ferries and cruise ships and the activity of Pike Place Market were just out of this World beautiful. Even with all the activity we could see it was very quiet an peaceful even sitting on the balcony. I would highly recommend both Gala and this Condo for your Seattle stay. Thank you Gala for a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Hamid’s place in Bellevue near Lake Sammamish! The room was clean, comfortable, great quality amenities and had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Hamid was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The location was perfect for both relaxation and easy access to everything we needed. We truly felt at home and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend!
