Huge house with great view of the lake. Very open and modern. Kitchen is pretty tiny, though. Especially if you are trying to feed a group. The large refrigerators in the garage are very helpful. And be careful on the tiny roads leading to the house!

Great place to stay while exploring Frankfort.

We loved staying at this house. It easily fit our party of 12. We had Thanksgiving dinner there. The kids used the hot tub every night. It was really great to have a fire pit and a supply of firewood.

This home was impeccably clean and so cute! Even better in person than the photos. It was well equipped for all the needs and was perfect for a mom-friend meetup with kids. We loved the semi private spacious yard, quiet almost zero traffic dead end street and the park behind it is amazing with 3 great playgrounds and paved walking path which helped get our kids energy out and was so easily accessible! There was a concert in the park during our stay so that was an added perk and the hot tub was great. We literally ate at home and kicked back with our kiddos and had such a great time. The hosts were also super responsive and friendly and we loved coming in to apples, bananas, snacks and drinks already stocked as an extra bonus. so kind!

Great place to stay! Very nice and clean. Close to Danville and not far from Lexington. I highly recommend! We would love to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my extended stay in Nathan's home! It was really peaceful and clean. The house was decorated beautifully and you could tell he didn't skimp on furniture, linens, and towels because it was all very nice quality. The house is surrounded by a lot of trees and bushes and the front garden is really pretty. Most mornings I would enjoy my tea on the front deck and in the evenings it was nice to grill out and hang out on the back deck. Also, while I didn't have any issues during my stay Nathan is an excellent and friendly host. Definitely recommend!

This is the third time we've stayed at Peggy's place, so we're obviously big fans. The house is always spotless, the linens crisp, the kitchen and bathroom well supoed, and the couch is one of the most comfortable I've ever sat on! The house just has a homey feel and is very convenient to everything you need.

I enjoyed my two week stay at this cute place. Everything was very clean and as described in the listing. Instructions for everything were so clear I didn't even need to ask any questions. The bed was very comfortable! I had no problems adjusting the temp to my liking using the vent controls and extra heaters. I also really appreciated having all the staples to cook with in the little kitchen. When there were guests in the above unit, the noise didn't prove to be an issue as they observed the quiet hours and went to bed at reasonable times. As a solo traveler, the place felt very safe. As a remote worker, the WiFi was excellent!

I thought the space was unique and we were comfortable once we got settled in. I liked the quiet neighborhood and we were pretty close to a variety of restaurants.

The place was really cozy, I felt right at home. I loved the little details they put into the home especially in the entry way that made us feel welcome. Maybe another heater, it was a bit cold when we stayed but everything went smoothly.

Great for a couple days visiting family! Hosts were responsive and helpful, space was neat, clean, and functional, and the location is convenient for those looking to stay in this general area of town (as a previous local). 10/10 would stay here again!

This apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. The off street parking was a plus. The building itself is a bit dated, but the apartment had nice, comfortable furnishings and ll the essentials worked well. Great communication with Sarah. I loved the stay the neighborhood wasn’t the prettiest but the owner had plenty of security and the room was cozy all the appliances were top notch, they had body wash and shampoo there. Amazing stay I would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I loved this space. Walkable to restaurants, a coffee shop and bourbon bar. It’s the perfect location for visiting the bourbon trail. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place is absolutely amazing—by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The property is stunning, perfectly located, and incredibly well-maintained. Ellie was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and so helpful throughout my stay. Her hospitality made the experience even better. Absolutely amazing stay! Wonderful location, accommodations and hosts. The most well stocked of any place I’ve ever stayed. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. Perfect home base while exploring distilleries of Louisville. Felt like coming home when returning to Jodie & Doug’s place. Norton Commons is a sweet neighborhood with plenty to offer all on its own. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

Accurate to description. Plenty of extra towels/blankets/pillows, fully stocked kitchen, nice laundry accommodations, miscellaneous items on hand, even a stocked "junk drawer" with things you always forget to pack.

Exactly as described! Great location. Cute and perfect place for a weekend getaway. Would definitely stay again if in the area for the weekend. Convenient off street parking.
