Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lawrence County

Wonderful stay, we were in town for Christmas to see family and friends. This place was clean and not far from town and surrounding areas. We are from Huntington but moved to Sc 2 years ago and I think we’ve found our new spot to stay from here on out. The house was clean, quiet and had all the basic necessities I really enjoyed the coffee bar, the decor was nice and having a Christmas tree in the living room really made the kids happy. Thank you for having us!

Nice, super clean place. The shower was very nice and roomy. The host was very friendly. The very short road to their driveway was not cleared of snow and the driveway was very steep. I guess that’s common in that area. But the host made sure the driveway was cleared of snow (by hand she said).

Paul's lodge at Circle T was the perfect place for my family's hunting excursions. Paul was super helpful, friendly, and punctual. He had answers for any and all inquiries I had. We plan on making an annual trip to this hidden gem. We are grateful for the memories we made there as well as the ones to come. Thanks again Paul!

Erin is literally the best, I came down for my partners birthday to get away and relax. There were no trash bags or tissue but after discussing it with Erin to update her she literally sent a door dash with tissue,trash bags, and a pizza(might I add was my partners favorite pepperoni and pineapples). Would definitely book again.

Just book it! The photos do not give Sydnee’s home enough credit!!! This is a Hidden Gem for a stay in West Virginia outside of Huntington! We traveled from out of town for the Marshall University Marathon looking for an “off-the-grid” getaway. This was perfect for us! My husband and I had so much fun and were able to relax in this very peaceful beautiful home. We were also able to bring our small dog as well! We had an absolutely blast walking around the property, fishing by the pond, and getting to see the Ohio River! Thank you so much, Sydnee, for your kindness and hospitality!

McKayla was so helpful, sweet, and quick to reply! Everything was so tidy, spotless, and beautifully decorated. She supplies many items you may need, already inside the Airbnb— such as laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, a laundry basket, cooking utensils, k-cups for coffee, baking ingredients, towels, makeup rags, candles, and the TV even has Netflix. I was worried about it being too cold inside, but the space heaters and electric blanket really warm the place up! I even got too hot a couple of times & had to adjust accordingly. All in all, I felt at home and adjusted easily, and I would absolutely recommend McKayla as a host!

Clean and beautiful place to stay! Hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions and the flexible check-in/check-out was convenient.

This was my 2nd time at one of Geanina's places. (I stopped by to visit someone in one) Both places were immaculate This is probably one of best Airbnb's I have ever rented. Everything is as advertised if not better! She even was flexible with check-in/check-out time!

The location was good, quiet and I was able to walk my puppy outside. The mattresses were good and not too soft like many other places I've stayed. We wi'll definitely stay here again!

Great experience! The place was just as advertised. The only thing that would make it better would be to have a luggage cart to get your things up and down more easily. Other than that, it was a great.

Our stay was fantastic! Everything was clean, well stocked with essentials and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had a group of 7 family members meeting for a small Christmas get together before visiting with my Dad. The check in process was easy and efficient. The owners were helpful, easy to communicate with and answered all my questions super fast! We were able to enjoy the fireplace outside despite the cold weather. The views from the deck were gorgeous. My family is already planning another get together in the spring. This is a rare find in a small town! Highly recommend!

We have had the most perfect Christmas and New Year’s Eve at this air b&b. I had not one complaint. This place is beautiful, comfortable, spotless and we couldn’t pass up on the price. Even came with amenities I didn’t even know I needed until I got there (can’t sleep without a fan). We couldn’t have asked for better hostess. Diamond and Lisa are very welcoming, friendly and informative. Looking forward to visit it again! Thank you!!

Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
