This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Nicolas and Michelle went above and beyond in their communication with quick response times and were able to accommodate a last minute check in for my family. The home is exactly as described and feels like you’re right at home. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything you can possibly need is provided. The home is definitely designed to fit larger groups comfortably. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We definitely wish we could have stayed longer.

Bruce and Jackie were amazing hosts. They attended to our every need and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. There are so many extra wonderful touches they have been attentive to like the very soft rugs on the floor by the bed so your feet aren't cold, the very soft fluffy rugs and towels in the bathrooms, all of the complimentary toiletry amenities, snacks, chocolates, cold water bottles, creamer, coffee, wood for the fire pit....I could list even more. The house is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The sheets and blankets are all very comfy and so are the beds. The grounds are just beautiful and so peaceful in the country just outside of Mt. Vernon but close right off I-44. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely plan on returning.

Robert’s place is one of the best deals I’ve booked on here. His house is spacious and beautiful. My friends and I were comfortable and did many things together (watched movies, played card games and pool, cooked meals, and took walks). Robert responds quickly and gives clear instructions. I would love to come here again.

The place was beyond wonderful. It truly felt like we were at home. Was very clean and tidey. Looked just like the pictures. Open, airy, and was so easy to get comfortable in. Karan gave clear instructions and check in was a breeze. she also checked in to make sure that everything went smoothly and that we didn't need anything. Think I found our new "home" when we are visiting our family.

Quiet neighborhood and a cozy place that’s perfect for a couple to stay! Kitchen was spacious and clean. We will likely stay here the next time we’re in town!

This was the 2nd time our group has stayed in this beautiful home. This home is perfect for us the fire pit is awesome & everything you need is there. Jim is a great communicator. I am the group travel agent & the feed back got was “this is the best place you have booked so far. Jim does not have an abundant or unreasonable asks at check out. I pay attention to the cleaning fee and the rules/asks at check out. So many charge you a cleaning fee on top of all the rules/asks for check out. It’s easy in and easy out with this host. We will be back at least 2 times a year.

Really nice place, made me feel like home. Everything was clean and nice. Very cozy home. Shelly was very helpful and responds in seconds, whenever you have to visit Monett this is the best place to stay.

We came for a family reunion and Julie's location was perfect for what we needed. The house is not in town like we thought, but was very peaceful and quite. We also didn't realize this was her primary residence , so it was a little different from what we are used to. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, which looked very clean and welcoming. We definitely had room to spread out, large outside area with tables, chairs, fire pit area and a walking trail out back. This large home would be fantastic for a family or friends traveling together. The best amenities for us were that it was pet friendly and very private. This was my first trip to Missouri and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect and very spacious! Every room was clean and so comfortable. Ivan was a great host. I will definitely book here next time we are in town!
