Me and my girlfriend booked the last minute for my birthday, and from beginning to end, Ana Paula and Rodrigo were impeccable. We took a while to find the place, as we forgot to ask the host a few things, but it's very intuitive to find it there. The place is extremely quiet, with a very beautiful view and is still close to the park, and the Picu stone, further up in the neighborhood has a drinkable water spout. The hosts seemed friends of our years old friends, recommended places to eat, gave plants to make tea and are still flexible at checkout, I will always recommend this special place to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay, as we felt at home. The cottage is very cozy, close to the center and at the same time very quiet and peaceful. Marcelo is an excellent host.

Domingues and Sandra as hosts were extremely attentive, cordial and highly valued our well-being throughout the stay. I was working in the region with my family (pregnant wife and son) and needed a place that would meet all our needs. The house is complete, from the bedrooms to the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, in addition to having a washing machine. They served us perfectly and very well, for just over 1 month! The location of the house is easily accessible, by the highway and the streets of the neighborhood, the location is safe, it is close to the main shops of the neighborhood, a fact that contributed a lot in the daily life and close to several places, such as Penedo (which was a plus). I recommend it to everyone.

What an amazing place, what organization, when you come in a wonderful cleaning smell, all sanitized, organized and clean. The place is fantastic, millions of times better than in the pictures. I need to emphasize Mr. Pedro who received us, that polite, helpful person, always helping us with what we needed, he was a huge differential, a very educated person, we will definitely return several times during the year and we will indicate to all people, it was an incredible experience.

The space is super quiet, large lawn and with great maintenance. Communication, both with Marcela and with the caretaker Mr. Ademir, was always very easy. The internet is great, the TV has chromecast, the fans and showers work well. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the house, in general, meets expectations. We only had one point that we did not expect, which is a second house very close to our accommodation, without any fence or division. The riverside and the backyard are for shared use, which did not hinder anything but a prior notice would have been appropriate. The second house is new, and Marcela assured us that she would include this information in the listing for future guests. The kitchen is functional, but you need to bring everything (salt, sugar, oil, coffee filter, etc.). I took my large dog, who was able to enjoy the entire accommodation, always paying attention to the surroundings to avoid ingesting toxic plants and escaping. I would go back and recommend the space!

I went to the carnival with my husband and my in-laws. The house is wonderful and the location is good. Vitória and Diana gave the necessary instructions and everything went very well. The house is beautiful, it has a perfect structure. We couldn't have found a better place to spend these days. Loved and will be back!

The tranquility and proximity of Maringá and Maromba are a strong point. The private river, it was amazing for my 4-year-old son. The house is complete. Robson and Conceição welcome us very well. The boy who delivers the wood was kind. I'm already organizing the second stay.

Very large house located in a noble and quiet area, very close to the center of São Lourenço. The Birds don't stop singing in any minute at this property! Large garage space. Marcus was always proactive in communication and very flexible, ensuring a quick check-in. I recommend the house for larger groups as there is plenty of room.
