This is the second year we are coming to this house and we were delighted again.

Great stay, very comfortable for our family of 5

We had a great stay by the sea. The accommodation is as described, very good bedding, equipped and 20 m from the beach. We were able to easily visit the surrounding area.

We had a nice week of family vacation in this place well suited for children, swimming pool close to the accommodation and quiet in the evening. The sea is also close by car with free parking. Recommended stay. Elodie and Cédric

Very nice cottage/apartment with terrace on the garden level, path opposite the apartment, small dune and hop we are facing the sea! Accessible so to a beautiful beach .... very nice 1st line! Proximity to restaurants and businesses. The cottage is very well equipped, down to the last detail, just need to bring your suitcases because everything is available. Great bedding in both bedrooms, really comfortable! Perfect cleaning at check-in. Very nice welcome by Lucile:) Very responsive in messages sent! We will definitely be back!!!

Quiet location and ideal for city tours. Private parking is an unquestionable asset. Very spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Ideal for families with children (games and indoor and outdoor spaces).

We have just returned from our week of vacation and what to say...we are almost sad to have returned home ahaha! The cottage is very nice and perfect for a stay with the family. We were able to fully enjoy the pool of the residence, the terrace and the air conditioning. Since the accommodation is very well-equipped, we did not miss anything. We really had a great week, I would definitely recommend her place. It's a real favorite, we'll be back for some.

Spacious space The linens provided are a real plus as are the TV in the largest room. The residence is quiet and the underground parking is very nice! We also appreciated the fact that all the outlets are secure (9 month old baby with us!) as well as the loose machine available! The terrace is very large, the weather did not allow us to appreciate it so we will have to come back to sunny days!

The place is just perfect!!!!! Everything is very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable. The area is very nice and full of life. Nathalie is a very nice woman and full of energy. Nathalie and David respond very quickly to messages if you have any questions, it's very reassuring. I highly recommend this apartment. Montpellier historic center is splendid!!!

Our third time in your home and as always we were very comfortable.

This is our second stay with Erika (the 1st was during the summer of 2023) and we are still as satisfied with the accommodation offered😁. The accommodation is true to the listing, close to the beach on foot (about 5’), and close to the port and the center of Carnon (15’ max walk). Erika's welcome is always great too. The place is quiet, the terrace pleasant, and the accommodation has air conditioning, which is nice when it's very hot. In short, it is not excluded that we should come back a third time😉!

Véronique greeted us in person and allowed us to take the room a little early. We found parking right in front of the apartment at street level. The decor is very welcoming, everything is very clean and with attention to detail. 5 min walk to downtown and all major amenities. We had everything you need at our disposal. The only thing I would like to point out is that the bedroom is directly communicating with the bathroom and there are no doors or partitions to have some intimacy.

A welcome made by Didier which is rare on the listings offered by this platform and which is in my opinion important. there was not only a key box but Didier took the time to introduce us to his apartment and show us the features of it. We had a great time at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, very close to the beach. We really appreciated the modularity of the 3 bedrooms and the fact that there are 2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean and tidy. A home that doesn't make a showroom, with books, games, utensils, spices available, that make you feel at home:)

Brigitte greeted me during my check-in. Caring and very friendly, she showed me everything I needed to know to feel comfortable in the apartment. She provides her phone number just in case. The apartment is nice, and the bedding is very good. The best is the direct proximity to the waterfront. Sunrise and sunset every day live from the balcony. Access to the beaches is very easy with a private gate. Access to the center of palavas and its restaurants is on foot in 10 minutes on foot, on the promenade along the coastline. I was traveling for work, and I felt like I was on vacation! I highly recommend the place and the host.
