Vacation rentals with a patio in Lavapiés, Centro

Cristina is an excellent host! Not only did he leave us a wine, but he gave our baby a gift. She was attentive and willing to help us. The apartment is comfortable, conveniently located and has everything you need to feel at home. It's super-equipped!! Parking in the area is paid, so I recommend getting around by public transport/walking. We hope to return!!

Great location and perfect apartment for 2. very clean, modern , calm and comfortable. We had a great weekend at this stay in Madrid. Would definitely book it again !

Totally recommended, very close to Barajas airport, the area is quiet, the apartment is quite clean and complete, and communication with the host was always good, it fully complied with what it offered.

Wonderful Stay – Friendly Host & Cozy Home! we had a fantastic stay at Eva’s place! The home was incredibly cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was super convenient, making it easy to explore the area and get around. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always available for any questions or recommendations. Her hospitality made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and convenient stay. Looking forward to coming back!

This apartment was perfect for our little family trip to Madrid. The location couldn’t have been more convenient and it was a gorgeous little place. We did not get to use the outdoor space as we would have liked due to the rain but it looked nice. The apt was very comfortable and suited our needs well. We will return next time in Madrid.

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida's Airbnb. From the first communication to our day of departure, she was helpful, kind and responsive. She gave us great recommendations (Sanchez Romero is the grocery spot for the foodies out there!) as well as area restaurants (we loved El Urogallo and Urrechu). And the home itself is a gem! While it is attached to the host's main house, it is extremely private, quiet, spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. We loved the gourmet kitchen and cooked without missing a thing. And the garden was perfect for morning yoga and enjoying a glass of wine. The area of Pozuela de Alcarón is scenic - high end, residential and walkable. It is near Casa de Campo, a stunning park where we spent a sunny afternoon. The residence is only about 20 minutes outside of Madrid so we were able to drive in and out with ease almost daily. This home presents the best of both worlds. Highly recommend, and hope to stay again on our next visit!

The place was perfect, very good location, with all the amenities. We are traveling around 4 countries and this has been one of the few that has everything we need to feel at home. What made the stay more special was the care Marta had with us. She made sure we were comfortable and was immediate in answering a question I had. I would definitely come back to this Airbnb next time I come to Madrid.

We felt comfortable in the apartment, for a short stay it is very good, and although it does not have a kitchen as such to cook, we had everything we needed. We were well connected to all amenities. We were very much facilitated by the check-in and check-out time and very attentive to any help we needed. We would definitely come back in case you need it. The area was quite quiet.

I LOVE Madrid and wanted to experience the city in a fabulous apt with a terrace. I had a vision and boy was it fulfilled!!! I think this one of the best homes I've been to with Airbnb. Marta makes things very easy, and her apartment is decorated with a great taste. Location is amazing! Morning coffee on the private terrace - divine.

There is nothing better like feeling at home. Getting from the work day and being able to rest in Laura's accommodation has been one of the best experiences. It is perfect if you go to IFEMA because it is a few meters away and has a bar in front that opens at 7 for breakfast and closes very early at night, which makes it perfect to have good service and not to suffer discomfort. Also, in accommodation I found complimentary coffee that came to me perfect while attending a few meetings before going to the fair. The area is quiet in a family home residential. I definitely put it in favorites!!

Wonderful apartment and very friendly host, Maria, that gave us some nice tips in the neighborhood. The bus stops in front of the door to go to the city centre whilst the neighborhood itself is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to a big park and cultural centre that we enjoyed as we were with the dog. The apartment has a lovely terrace. The only small downside to this apartment is that the nights on the street are rather loud with the bars around and quite some traffic, so ear plugs can be needed. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely recommend.
