We enjoyed our time and the hot tub was great. Truly peace and quiet

The place was wonderful, private and as described. It had everything we needed, it was easy to relax with the hot tub, large deck and fire pit area. Its not too far from Cacapon state park and other local hiking trails. Would gladly come back for another stay, the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

This was our second time staying at Fern Haven and we loved it just as much this time! Absolutely beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Peaceful and perfect for a post-election getaway for my besties and I. Thanks again for having us back— see you next year!

This property is amazing! Our family found it to be the perfect getaway to play board games and watch the many deer pass through the woods. If you are looking for something quiet that feels like home, this is the place! We would definitely love to come back!

Very nice place, roomy, and beautiful views of DCL. Nice weekend away definitely would like to stay again. Easy check in and easy to get to. Clean place and great for a getaway weekend with the family and friends.

Our cabin was great for my family of 11 for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prep and cook a holiday feast. There was plenty of space for everyone to not be in each other’s way. There were plenty of games for the kids, ages 4 to 11 to be entertained and not get bored. The host, Alayne, was very helpful in making sure we’re comfortable. She even helped us find last minute cheesecloth at a local shop. There was a minor plumbing issue, but she got maintenance on it right away and checked with us to make sure it was resolved. In snow season, I would highly recommend an all wheel drive as the driveway is very steep.

Susan and Steve are great hosts of this fantastic condo. They replied very quickly to any questions or concerns I had; always in a positive manner. The condo itself is really well appointed. All of the furniture is in great condition and very comfortable. They have provided everything you will need for a relaxing stay (fresh linens, bath towels, bath gel, shampoo, kindling for the wood burner, etc., etc.) Also, think odd little things that you may have forgotten, like plastic wrap, plastic storage bags, scotch tape, measuring spoons, etc. Yes, the kitchen is fully stocked. There are pots, pans, dishes and coffee mugs as well as spices and (although limited) some cooking oils. Rent this condo on your next trip to Blue Knob! You will NOT be disappointed. I have stayed at several condos there, this one was the best by far.

It's a cozy little cabin, intimate, well-furnished and stocked with appliances, pots, pans and cutlery, cleaning supplies condiments and a few snack bars and popcorn. Nice fire pit area (couldn't use because a burn ban was in effect) and a wood stove with a bundle of fire wood in the holder next to the stove for our use. WiFi is easy to connect to and we were able to connect our services to the TV.

Greg and Pia have such a beautiful cabin! Very cozy and pet friendly. Would love to come back once it’s warmer.

Karen’s home is truly the most cozy, comfortable airbnb we’ve stayed in. I love how it’s not “over the top” and it truly feels as if you’re at home. She was so kind to let our fur babies tag along and they LOVED the fenced in yard. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with all the amenities of home. Karen was also very flexible, responsive and kind. Thank you for a great stay!!

We had a great time at David's place. We had plenty of room for the 14 of us. It was so serene. We loved having coffee on the porch, going on nature walks, having quiet places to take a nap, board gaming, and enjoying each other's company. A great place to escape to nature.

Had a very good visit. Was able to use the fireplace and wood was provided. Well maintained. Our family enjoyed the catch up time we needed. Lots of chairs to accommodate everyone at the table for some beef stew and some unwind time. The retreat was exactly what we all needed. We were there for a funeral of our cousin and we were able to invite our Uncle to come spend some time and he really enjoyed the fireplace. He is soon to be 96 and he really loved it. It was really close to his home as well. Hope to come again, hopefully under different circumstances. Hard to get everyone together these days.

We booked this Airbnb for our wedding rehearsal dinner. It was perfect. The surroundings & home itself are absolutely beautiful!

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect, every little detail is covered. And the memorabilia and family keepsakes makes this house so unique, and yet it’s spotless clean and packed full of games, and things to do and see everywhere in the house. We hate to leave when the time goes bye so fast and look forward t0 our return.Melanie is the best host ever, fresh flowers, delicious doughnuts and penny candy greet you when you arrive. Absolutely a charming experience! It was our 3 year and look forward to many more!!

We really enjoyed our stay and with children the pool is a plus! The location is great- we really enjoy the outdoors and activities.

The stay was sweet! Nemocolin woodlands are lovely and Elizabeth was a great host with a cute really cute place! A bit bright outside the bedroom going to sleep, but we still had a good rest there! I would totally recommend!

We had an amazing stay despite the rain and the cold. This was our first visit in Garret county and Swanton. We absolutely loved it in the mountains. The residence is spacious, well maintained and absolutely recommended for a relaxed weekend. RV operates like a well-oiled machine and is doing an amazing job around Deep Creek. We look forward to booking again with them and buying in the future.

Russell’s place was the most affordable and very comfortable for a big family of teenage children. We were able to use the kitchen, watch movies, have plenty of bathroom space, privacy in our bedrooms, etc. The house was designed well and was cozy.

Very comfortable home. Well laid out for many to enjoy together but still have private time. Kitchen exceptionally equipped.

Really enjoyed Rick’s place with family and friends for thanksgiving. Thank you Rick for amazing hospitality and service.

This place was perfect for a trip to Seven Springs Ski Resort. 5 minute drive to and from the resort, easy access getting into the place and the TVs and WiFi had no issues. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare small meals and furniture was very comfortable to relax in after a day on the slopes. My son and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Barrett’s place.
