Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Laurel County

Beautiful place! Smelled clean when walking inside. Shower was very clean! Would recommend to anyone.

I booked this place for a last minute work trip as it was close to my work site and looked very nice from the photos. It did not disappoint! It was a large space, was very clean, and I felt right at home. The host was very kind and responsive. I recommend this to anyone staying in the area

Nathan and Shannan’s place was just lovely. Just a few minutes out of town and such a unique home with lots of love built in. We had a lovely stay and as a proud Berea College alum, I loved seeing some old Berea memorabilia in the home. Very cozy for a beautiful fall weekend with my family! And my chihuahuas were happy too!

The place is very clean, large master bedroom with fireplace and seating area. Kitchen comes with air fryer and 2 kinds of coffee machine (regular k cup and nespresso), which was great. Huge deck area, overlook the wooded area off the lake, we really enjoy coffee and breakfast outside in the morning. Location is very private, is about 30 min to natual arch scenary, 40 ish min to fish hathery, exactly where we wanted to be. Host is very responsive and clear communication for check-in and check-out. Wish we could stay longer!

Our family loved our stay at Beth’s place! She communicated extremely well. The home was just as described. Very homey and cozy, well cared for, clean. Clean bedding and towels. Because of the seclusion, we had wifi in the house but the internet was spotty. Anything you might want/need is just a 15 drive into town - plenty of shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property. My children loved seeing the bulls in the field behind the fence! Beth’s joy in the home is evidenced by the care she puts into maintaining, decorating, cleaning, and preparing it for her guests. We would absolutely stay here again, and will happily recommend to any friends/family that are looking for a place to stay in that area. Thank you, Beth, for hosting us in your lovely place!

Tammy's place is even better in person than the pictures show. It was spotless, and had a ton of amenities such as beverages in the fridge, chocolate, a Jacuzzi tub, a big comfy couch with lots of blankets, bathroom basics, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, and a fantastic balcony. It's located in the heart of Corbin. I was in town as part of a wedding party at the Penington and it was so convenient to be just a block away. It's located across the street from a wonderful coffeeshop that also has delicious in house baked goods. It's very close to several other restaurants and bars that I sadly didn't have time to enjoy but heard from others that they were delicious. The bed is medium firmness and very comfy. The big sectional couch was the perfect place to curl up and watch a TV show at the end of a long day. Tammy was a lovely host. She was very proactive with her communication and gave us clear instructions on checking in and out. All in all our stay here was great.

Diane is a wonderful person and a wonderful host!! I would absolutely stay with her again. Her space had plenty of amenities, a beautiful back porch and backyard, she was friendly and was able to give me a wonderful hiking recommendation, the location was close to grocery stores, the hospital, and hiking locations, and the area was just enchanting. 10/10!

This is a lovely condo in Woodson Bend resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the windows is of the golf course and provides a beautiful setting. Close to the pool and the pickleball courts. Host did a great job in communicating and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. This is a scenic area of Lake Cumberland and we rented a boat for the day from Burnside Marina. The restaurants of Somerset are close by and the options are plentiful. Great location and great condo.

My family loved staying at this condo in Woodson Bend. The unit itself was extremely clean. The appliances appeared brand new and worked well. We loved the screened in porch and saw multiple deer right outside our porch every day. The televisions in the units had all of the major streaming services installed, which was great for my kids to enjoy movies and tv shows in the evenings. We were able to walk to the front of the resort to enjoy the pool and playground, both of which were clean and nicely maintained. My husband, dad, and brother in law enjoyed the golf course. The restaurant at the resort is delicious as well. It is BYOB, which isn’t a bad deal as long as you have plenty of what you like to drink in your condo. Only two drawbacks to this unit-the sheets on the beds are not the softest and the bunk room is very small with no windows. Neither of these were dealbreakers for us and we would definitely stay in the unit again! The bunk room is probably better for kids than adults.
