House vacation rentals in Latin Quarter, Paris

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

We booked both of Frederique’s places in Chaville for our group of 7 during the Olympics, split between the larger house and the smaller lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the centre of Chaville is a 10 minute walk away as are excellent transport links to Paris and Versailles. The house is right by the forest with its many trails. The swimming pool was a welcome bonus too. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Great location, beautiful pool and total relaxing vacation. We will be back!

The villa is very beautiful with lovely gardens and great pool with seating area. We came as family of 8 for Paris Olympics. The easy commute into Paris but the ability to be in the peace and quiet with beautiful forest next door was a blessing. We did have a few issues with kitchen but these were quickly sorted by Vanessa and due to previous tenants. Would highly recommend. We cooked most nights but there are lovely cafes nearby and also only 20 mins to Versailles. Thank you for a great holiday.

Very nice cottage, well equipped, quiet, no noise from the city. Clément takes care to welcome and explain everything. Lots of entertainment on offer. I would highly recommend.

We spent three weeks in Tiphaine's little house for a professional (very good internet connection) and private stay. The house is very pleasant to stay in and well equipped. Nice decor, lots of storage. It felt like home. Tiphaine and Orlando do everything we can to make our stay go in the best way. The place is very calm and green. As a former Garchois, we enjoyed going back. Everything is within walking distance (market, bakery, restaurants, bookstore, pharmacy, shops, train station to Paris where Versailles, swimming pool). We will definitely come back. A big thank you again to Tiphaine and Orlando.

We enjoyed our stay at the "villa grenadiers" very much. Mr. Nicolas is a thoughtful host, very delicate, very well-behaved and fluently speaking in several languages. The house offers many opportunities to have fun or relax. He also has a nice collection of pinball machines that he allowed us to shake. The garden is also very beautiful and pleasant and offers many places to lounge and a trampoline that will delight young and old alike. Finally, the little "trick plus" is the plancha XL that allows you to cook in a friendly way on the terrace. We also really enjoyed the bottle of champagne that was waiting for us in the cool and made us crazy after our long trip.

Small but very cozy, close to the train station. Our family of 5 sent there 2 nights, while days discovering Paris.

Very functional accommodation for a small group Very easy to access and especially to visit Paris! I recommend it! The only downside: big lack of equipment on the kitchen side! Apart from breakfast do not plan to cook.. no utensils, pot lids, drainer, corkscrew... one or two tea towels would have been welcome too!

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

Modern home With Parisian charm. Great for our 6 adults. Quiet residential street. Plenty of space in home. All bedrooms require stairs to access-either up or down. Primary bedroom is at top level -great lighting and wonderful breeze with windows open (could be warm in the hotter months). Primary bedroom is spacious and comfortable but not completely “private” (to US expectations) because it is somewhat of a loft-type remodeled “attic” type space. 4 bedrooms on second level and one on basement/garden level. All beds were comfy/queen sized.Home was well stocked with essentials -soap, toilet paper, towels, and morning coffee/expresso. Home has private gated driveway. Gate entrance was small so our larger van didn’t fit. We were able to park on street. Spaces are metered (although we didn’t pay and luckily never got ticketed) Best for small car or crossover SUV. Local Market, shops, restaurants, and River Seine in walking distance. Great location for access to Paris. Great host!

The place is just perfect. Quiet, clean, bright, and very spacious. I recommend this place for a short stay for families or groups of friends.

House with lots of charm, true to description and photos. Very clean. Communication with the Mark and Marielle is impeccable and the great ease and flexibility of check-in is a big plus.
