Location to sukhumvit Korea neighborhood, MRT & pubs are within walking distance. Good value breakfast place next door hotel from 0930-1030am buffet charging 399 baht for 2 persons. Quite neighborhood and plenty of beds for 8-10 persons.

Great house for a big company. Located far away from city center, but it’s really convenient to use taxi and highway to get there

1930-40s style house with lots of charm that is located in the center of BKK, with 1 swimming pool, in the middle of the megalopolis = a privileged place. 1st floor has a superb dark wood flooring. This house could be a jewel if the decor was more neat. Very small kitchen with catastrophic furniture and layout: drawers that open on their own, 1 faucet that only provides lukewarm water (no cold water or hot water😳), the equipment is insufficient, not enough towels. The house is generally quite clean, do not look in the corners or the chandelier on the stairs... The bedding is good and comfortable. Only 1 change of bed linen in 7 nights. Air conditioning is difficult to adjust. The safe was unusable and placed on the shelf, not screwed. The bathroom on the ground floor deserves to be largely refreshed. The Thai or continental breakfast is very hearty.

We had a lovely stay. Pleasant house in beautiful green surroundings. Rae and Charlie were helpful and flexible regarding arrival times and storing luggage on the day of departure. We were met at the temple and assisted to the apartment. Luxury of a swimming pool in front of the door. Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was huge, very clean and well thought out with all the necessary utensils. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. We also liked the location, there are all kinds of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. My family and I would like to thank you very much for the great stay and definitely plan to come back 😊

This house is hidden in a small lane about 1 to 200 meters from the main road. However it is easy to find with the Google Maps the location is exactly as shown in the map. The house decorated with well designer I think it was renovated or rebuilt and use every SQ.inches for large and dining rooms. Plenty and more than enough bath room with separate the bath and toilet room. Kitchen and food serving ware are enough and in good condition. Before check in, the host turn A/C on to ensure the house temperature is not too warm and welcome with few kinds of fruits, cookies.

Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip

The house is on the Siam line, you can sit to the subway, the house is very full of things, there are 711 downstairs, there are a few delicious Thai food, the host is very quick to respond, self check-in is very convenient, the space is large, although it is a little noisy, but overall the value for money is very good

The house is clean and tide, located in a peaceful neighborhood, can walk to 7-11 nearby. Ballon is a warm-harted host who helps us to find the lost items and give them back to us.

The facilities are so nice and the host is so kind! I was so happy for the week I lived I think I'll come here next time I come to Bangkok☺️

We spent two peaceful months at Machita’s house, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Cleanliness is very important to me, and I must say that Machita’s home is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Upon arrival, you can simply set down your bags and relax. The house is very well-equipped for cooking for a family, and if anything is missing, Machita is always attentive and ready to help. The Wi-Fi is also excellent, making it ideal for working online. The house is situated in a gated property that serves as a green oasis, offering a serene escape from the surrounding traffic and concrete. The environment is quiet, friendly, and perfect for families—our children quickly made new friends. It’s advisable to have a car or the budget to use Grab to get places. Machita and her family are kind, respectful, and discreet hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and if you want to stay in Nonthaburi, don’t hesitate to stay at Machita’s house.

Nice room, but close to the road, there is a hospital nearby, people with bad quality of sleep may need to pay attention, but the bed is very comfortable, the small children love this house very much, the host is also very nice

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

Absolutely loved the authenticity of Ohm’s place and the neighbourhood. A different side of Bangkok away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to get to the major Wats and Grand Palace by walking and local ferry. This place isn’t for those requiring fancy amenities, but perfect if you want charm, authenticity and a local experience. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats come and go along the canal. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive; fixing an issue immediately. Highly recommend.
