A beautiful and fully furnished house, very spacious for a large group of people especially with a Car Parking Garage. Max was very friendly and very accommodating

Very good place! You could walk to many places... the only bad thing is that since it is close to reel sectors, the noise and screams of the early morning was a lot heard... but it was by the sector, which did not influence the stay, there were 6 of us and it was a good space ❤️

Claudia was so thoughtful and prompt! Whenever I needed to write it and had immediate answers. He always supported us and offered support and indication of transportation, tours ... The stay was really perfect and the neighborhood charming and easy access! House very close to a market is a big market! Close to a mall and extreme security! I highly recommend it and would definitely do business with Claudia again!

The apartment is excellent, added to a very homey and functional environment. The access is independent and the neighborhood very quiet. Point Apart is the host, Maria Paz. Her treatment is excellent, very attentive, worried and busy to attend and support as much as possible during the stay. Definitely highly recommended.

Poliane's apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The location was great with so many hip restaurants and bars, close to the metro and very safe. The apartment itself was in a secure building with 24hr concierge. The apartment was clean and spacious for 3 people. The terrace had beautiful views of the city and mountains. The airport was about a 20 minute drive from the apartment. WiFi was fast and although we didn't use it, the apartment has a washer/dryer. Host was responsive and friendly. I would recommend this apartment for anyone seeking to visit Santiago.

exelente distribution of the apartment, fully equipped, quiet building and with concierge 24hs. who even controlled the access to the carport. Javier fell short with the description of the apartment... 100% recommended and a price well below what corresponds to that type of apartment and amenities... do not look for more... this is the best accommodation.. good, nice and cheap

Francisco was a gracious and accommodating host. He provided us with a high chair and crib prior to arrival, and he was always available to help if we needed anything. The space was airy and bright, with green trees on a quiet residential street. It had everything we needed for a longer stay with our young children. The neighborhood has many great restaurants, and a fantastic walking and biking path, giving access to the city without the need for driving. I would recommend Francisco’s place to anyone. He is a lovely person - kind and cheerful - and clearly cares about his guests and the space!

Very nice apartment , everything was very clean and tidy . Just like the pictures . Quiet sector. Large apartment, with comfortable Camas, the kitchen had everything you need. The owner is very friendly and willing to respond to any queries . Highly recommended, we would definitely stay again 😊

Great spot outside of the busy town and very close to the airport. Her place was spotless and had very well stocked kitchen, a full jug of clean water, excellent bathroom amenities, and lovely patio to relax in the sun. Delicious empanadas down the street - La Pica De La Empana. Super close to grocery to stock up on things as well. Super nice man doing security for the complex. Felt right at home!

Maria, it has a very nice and functional depa had everything but everything. Apart she is always worried n very kind to respond she would come back anyway. I loved the communication.
