Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lastarria, Santiago

We went for a family trip of 6 people and we thought the location of the house and Max's kindness were excellent. Very good experience!

Daniela's place was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen was fully-equipped, there were plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper - anything you could think of! Everything was clean and modern. We really enjoyed staying in the Nuñoa neighborhood. It has a calmer feel than Santiago Centro but is near the metro and we were within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and parks. Check-in was very easy and it was wonderful to have free parking on the premises as well. Temperatures were perfect so we didn't need to use the heating or cooling units but there were plenty in place if need be. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 1st trip to Chile and we feel so lucky to book this property for so many reasons. We are in love with Chile. Claudia Alejandra and her property are definitely reasons among other. She is a great person, very humble, always ready to help. She is very quick to respond to all our questions with great recommendations everytime which we found very helpful. On the day of our check-in, she greeted us at the gate, served us freshly made lemonade and gave a tour of the house. The property is very beautiful with so many details, characters and has plenty of space to accommodate our group. The front yard has multiple hammocks to enjoy. I am so happy we agreed to let Claudia stay in the basement as she remained a great resource throughout our trip to make it very comfortable, enjoyable. All her shopping recommendations are great i.e. Mozart bakery, Peublito los dominicos just to name few. Her fur babies are adorable. I would book this property again and highly recommend to everyone.

Great house for a family! Well equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is super calm and there is a beautiful park and a little market in front of the house. I definitely recommend!

The house is very spacious and nice, it has everything to have a pleasant stay. And the patio is great to share among a group of friends, very comfortable everything. The house is very well located, it is in a very quiet sector, where there are several supermarkets nearby, among others. Jorge is a very concerned and flexible host at the same time, I was always attentive if anything was needed. In short, everything goes out very well and the stay was great. I'm sure we'll be back.

We loved Poliane and the apartment was clean and beautiful. Avenida Italia has many restaurants, shops, cafeterias. While this is outside of the hostess's control, people should be aware that the building allows parties on weekends in the "quinchos" directly below the balcony which can run to at least until 1:30. Unfortunately, we had to experience one of these parties. We had to do our best with white noise to kill the music and noise from the party. We also had a noisy neighbor directly above us. Still, the attention of the hostess was outstanding.

It was a very pleasant stay, Claudia was very kind and made it easy for me to get to and from the apartment, and the apartment was very comfortable and matched what was described in the listing. The nicest and best connected neighborhood.

Cozy apartment in a very central area of the city, María José is an excellent host, concerned with everything and with very good communication from the day of the reservation. I highly recommend it, a good value for money.

Everything impeccable and well cared for, it has a great location, next to the metro and in front of the mall Plaza Egaña, and the hosts are always very concerned and with a very good treatment, we would definitely come back!

The hosting was wonderful! Large, spacious apartment with many closets, I loved it! Luis always responded quickly, was an excellent host. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the metro, markets and restaurants. The pool terrace overlooking the Andes Mountains and Sky Costanera is beautiful, that's all it's been well worth it. We loved the apartment, I would definitely stay here again.

“Just like home”. From the reception where they always treated us with a smile (extra points to the morning/afternoon receptionist, very kind). The apartment has an elevator, perfect for our arrival after walking a lot, extra points for the space they have to recycle. The apartment is very bright, clean and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were very comfortable. Very well equipped bathroom and kitchen to do your things. The balcony has a very good view. Nice and quiet neighbors. The area has a mini market and places to eat (fast food) and best of all, an 8/10 minute walk from the Movistar Arena/Fantasilandia, which is what we needed nearby for the concerts. Thank you Makarena for the good service and prompt response.
